would not recommend newegg. ordered friday midday. as of monday they have not pulled a shipping tag yet. they use ups surepost, the slowest delivery service on the planet. give me an option for priority mail and i'll take it every time.

Worst Customer Service Ive ever had through Mega Retail Store 5/16/2017 1:28:23 PM
I emailed customer service stating the monitor was blurry and worse quality than my 2560x1440 monitor and the response I got back and the email in its entirety was "> better than this one. Not..."
Who talks to customers like that? I was happy with getting a replacement but now after seeing how they treat customers Im just sending the entire thing back.

I payed for 2 day shipping and I got the item a day later , So I contacted NewEgg costumer services and I got a the whole shipping cost refunded back to me

Do not buy large items from Mega Retail Store 3/21/2017 12:21:44 PM
Seller did not inform me I had to contact another third party company to schedule a delivery.

From Mega Retail Store: "When we receive orders for large items they hit our system as a FedEx shipment. Unfortunately our system just has no way of recognizing that these order will have to ship freight."

So any large order has the possibility of not being shipped if a person does not manually contact the buyer with information on how to schedule the delivery.

My TV sat in Packaging for a week before I contacted Mega Retail Store and they told me to call Associated Global Systems to schedule the delivery. Apparently the TV has been in the warehouse the entire week waiting to be shipped. Had I not contacted them who knows how long it would have sat there.

A very smooth transaction. The seller shipped the item promptly. The issue I had was with Fedex not leaving my package even though I instructed them to do so. I contacted the seller and it was fixed by the next day. Very helpful and polite. Will shop again!

Caution when buying from third party resellers on Newegg.

My tv arrived with forklift holes in the carton. The screen was gouged corresponding to the holes. I took pictures and a video and sent to Newegg. I got one email from Mega Retail store offering a refund that was supposed to have the shipping label attached, but no label was attached, I emailed back asking to resend the label, but never got a response. Called Newegg to to request a label and the girl said Newegg would send another, that never arrived either. Communication has ceased on this issue, so I called my bank and have disputed the charge this morning.

The entry on my statement reflects NEWEGG.COM withdrew the money, not Mega Retail. I hold Newegg responsible and recommend this...

When a customer receives damaged product from Newegg, the ONLY response the customer should hear is, "Relax Mr. Customer, we will overnight you a replacement." Not excuses regarding their third party seller agreements.

I expect Newegg to fully manage the customer relationship regardless whether third party or not. I feel I have been dropped through the cracks in this case.

I am a longtime Newegg customer (10 plus years) and this experience has surely soured my long time high regard for NEWEGG.

UPDATE 3/15/17 Original order date 2/17/17 this issue is still unresolved. The seller keeps sending the same email claiming to have prepaid label and RMA form attached, but the attachments are not simply not being attached in their system. I write back asking to resend the attachments, but the account apparently is un-monitored and we get crickets. How many iterations of this cycle are necessary? (disclaimer I am an IT provider and Exchange admin for several years I am reasonably sure the attachments are not originating on their mail system).

My bank engaged the seller as well with the same outcome... NO LABELS. The seller won't refund without the product being returned, yet cannot technically effectuate the return process.

All the while they have my $546.92.

The part did not work for my project but it was not the sellers fault. Mega Retail was quick to resolve the problem and I will use them again because of their quick and friendly response to resolve the issue.

My parts came in all brand new and in very good condition I was more then Impressed with my toolkit I purchased and is well worth the asking price of it they've been useful for both computer projects and even light carpentry work. Only real con is the paint on the wire strippers comes off easily but not anywhere noticeable

I ordered a AOC G2260VWQ6 from this seller, which arrived with a dead pixel.

When I started the RMA process with this seller, I got a response in only 36 hours. All I had to do was place the defective monitor back in the original box, attach a provided shipping label, and bring the package to a UPS store. After I sent the monitor back, the replacement arrived the next day. They didn't wait to send the replacement until they received the defective unit, instead sending the replacement ahead of time.

The one hitch with the process was receiving the shipping label. Originally, the seller attempted to send the shipping label by providing a URL through NewEgg's seller message system. Unfortunately, NewEgg strips URLs from the messages, leaving me unable to access said label. I had to resort to emailing the company through my personal email to receive the label.

In conclusion, I would buy from this seller again, now that I know how easy it is to return products that are dead on arrival. I can't comment on the return process for products that break after the 30 day return period, however.

I watched when my order was processed, then shipping label created, I had an arrival date. The item sat there for days until it was shipped... Long story short it arrived 3 days after it was scheduled.

I canceled an order 1 minute after placing it, however they still shipped it to me. I was forced to pay a 15% re-stocking fee to return the item. They should of been more upfront and stated that there is no way to cancel an order and it would of prevented me from placing the order a second time. I simply wanted 2 day shipping,
