The kettle was packaged and shipped, in a proper and timely fashion. I would say its an excellent product for the price. No meager faults. I would say it lacks refinement. But understand, you do get what you pay for. In this instance. I don't regret the purchase.

I would recommend this seller. Product was shipped immediately. The contact was immediate. When my phone was recalled and I need return my case, they handled my return appropriately.

THEN...won't DO what HE should, and get this "thing" BACK(HAVE it picked-up!)----then put my funds...back on my account;and, credit BACK my account!!!!

The same day that the customer received the item ordered from us - a new, factory-sealed CD player shipped to him directly from the manufacturer - he concluded that it was defective and called us after business hours. The reason he cited for the defect was owing to the CD player not recognizing one of his CD's. There are many possible causes for an issue such as this, and we provided the manufacturer's technical support telephone number for assistance. We also assured him that we would provide him with a return shipping label when we reopened the following day, which we did. In spite of this, the customer left this feedback. Possibly he had not yet checked his email when he left this feedback.

We ask that all of our customers contact us when issues arise, and allow us sufficient time to resolve issues before leaving negative or neutral feedback.

Refused RMA, same as theft! 10/6/2015 10:27:47 AM
I returned some speaker stands following the instructions in the RMA email from Newegg and was told by these crooks that I sent it to the wrong address and that I would need to pay for more shipping to have it send to the drop ship address that they had it sent from. I said no and contacted newegg. I thought newegg would resolve it but I just found out that now it has been too long and they are refusing the RMA. So I have no money and no product. Same as theft. Stay away from this seller. Also very rude on the phone. Worst customer service experience ever!

The customer denied that he even ordered the item in the first place, and that was the basis of his request to return it. Despite being provided with return instructions, he shipped the item to the incorrect address. Several weeks later, he began to inquire about the status of his refund, which at the time hadn't issued because he returned the item to the wrong address. As a courtesy, we ultimately took a loss on his order and issued a full refund.

When I received the package the products box seal was already broken, although the sound card's static protection wrapper was still sealed. However, I realized soon after that I had ordered the wrong part. Upon my realization, (the same day I received the package) I issued a request for an RMA to be processed and to get a refund. I received an automated reply stating that soon the process would be started. However, I did not receive a reply getting the process started for a return 13 days later. After this time they promptly did email me correspondence and the process was started. But a 13 day absence despite any level of traffic is a bit much. I was not impressed and felt very much neglected as a customer.

We are very sorry to hear that our customer felt neglected. The request was received in the post-holiday rush which lead to a slight delay. Compounding the issue was the fact that we had received two requests from this customer to return the item: One on the basis of damage in shipment, the other on the basis the wrong item ordered, doubling the processing time. Ultimately, the customer was issued a full refund, inclusive of shipping and with no restocking fee.

CCV Electronics sent me a defective motherboard, and it was a royal pain trying to arrange a return. Part of their email to me read: "Generally, the manufacturer is able to better able to provide support for their products in cases where a defect is suspected. As sellers, we are unable to offer an exchange of a product. You may wish to contact Asus with your concerns." Only after a few strong emails and a promise of a very negative review did the company's rep finally agree to a cross exchange (this was my suggestion, they offered no resolution). ASUS wanted to repair the board, which meant my client would have to wait approximately two weeks before they'd get the computer they asked me to build. In all fairness, CCV did finally agree to a cross shipment, and my replacement motherboard arrived a few days later. They sent no return label so I am out more than $15 to return the board via UPS. Newegg ended up giving me a $25 gift card for my "inconvenience."

The customer is correct in that he sent numerous harassing emails threatening, among other things, negative feedback, which was totally unnecessary. He is also correct when he states that a replacement board was promptly shipped and delivered. In his final email, he thanked us for helping him, and told us the new item worked well. The claim that he paid for a UPS return shipment is questionable as there is no tracking information provided and we never did receive the original item back. Regrettably, in spite of our best efforts, nothing we could do would appease this customer.

I received the board and the memory did not work, I sent for a replacement, but I have not got a email telling me were to send it.

This customer was provided with return instructions via email on August 19, 2014. He did not return the item. Attempts to reach out to this customer by telephone to resolve the issue were not successful.
