No 4G signal - seller over-sold condition of phone 3/1/2017 3:42:58 PM
I worked through two software/firmware possible fixes and NOTHING could be done to fix the phone not being able to receive 4G signal. Going to call it a hardware issue that the seller did not explain. Condition was called "grade A" which could describe everything about the phone but it never was able to get 4G signal in the 3 weeks I used it before contacting seller.

I ordered for the Nikon CoolPix S6800 on June 8. On June 9 I got notification that the order was cancelled by the seller with no explanation, and was notified by an RMA email from Newegg. I had to re-order the item on June 10, but at an increased price. My issue is that the order was cancelled with no explanation, but I was able to successfully order it two days later.

Took almost two full days after credit card was charged to ship out.
Obvious the tablet had been repackaged and sold again. The left quarter of the lcd screen did not work, would flicker and was a different color than the rest of the screen. Company did issue a RMA, paid for shipping and refunded the total amount. With all the bad reviews I am surprised Newegg allows this company to continue to sell products on their website.

I am quite satisfied with this item and the seller. The 8-pin charging cable arrived fast and works well. The LED does get warm while charging....just a comment, not a ding against seller or Vovoya.

I would purchase from them again.

I read some of the other reviews post-purchase, so I was expecting the worst from this seller.

Surprisingly, the tablet arrived fairly quickly, even though I didn't pay for expedited shipping. And it was in new condition, as advertised. The product box (not the shipping box) was a little smashed (1/2 egg off for that), but the seals were intact. The tablet itself had zero signs of usage. The price was $100 off from the average price at other online sources, including NewEgg.

Overall, I was very satisfied with the seller.

I will never order anything from this dealer again. I ordered another item from a different dealer on the same day with five to seven business day shipping and it came today. I paid a lot of money to get 2 day shipping for this tablet and now it isn't going to be here until Wednesday.

Crooked. Bought a Samsung Tab Pro 12.2 from them through Newegg Flash. I received the tablet in an unsealed box. I suspect it is a refurb. Nowhere in the ad did it say refurb.

This is really a less than zero rating! I agree with most all other reviews, this is a horrible dealer to deal with. They sent me a tablet that was either used or refurbished and try to pass it off as new. I managed to get them to take it back, but I was also detailing my experience with Newegg and insisted they work the issue with me. I did not choose this vendor, it was done by Newegg. Best bet is not to buy anything from Newegg Marketplace until they start monitoring their vendors.

Paid for a new Samsung Galaxy Tab 4 but received a used unit in an open box that was missing items. Seller was difficult to reach. Finally returned unit for replacement but was told I'd get a refund. Refund till hasn't arrived and Newegg is slow to do anything about it. This seller should be behind bars for fraud and Newegg is going to lose my business if they don't get my money back immediately. This is what I get after spending thousands of dollars here...

Purchased a Samsung Tab 10.1 that was suppose to be new and received a refurbished. Called the company went stright to voice mail. Had to contact Newegg to get involved, but the company would not ship another until they received the refurbished back.This was my daughter Christmas present and all this happened 4 days before Christmas. Had to go to best buy so that my daughter would have a good christmas. I will not buy from newegg again.

Do NOT buy from this dealer. They sold me a used Samsung tablet advertised as new.

Based on previous poor reviews of this company, I'm very disappointed that Newegg hasn't already removed them. In fact, I'm so disappointed that my overall opinion of Newegg has dropped considerably. As an IT manager, I'll be shifting my purchasing away from Newegg.

I requested an RMA via email from the vendor. They said to send the item to them for an exchange. When I viewed the address, in Brooklyn, NY, via Google Maps, it is so sketchy looking, I decided to keep the used tablet rather than risk losing the tablet and my money. The building address appears to be a wrecker yard for cars.

I got played by this crook for not paying closer attention to previous reviewers of this seller, which is something I normally do. I also got played by Newegg, who allows this scammer to continue to do business under their name.

So I bought what I thought was a brand new Samsung tablet as a gift for my father. When it arrived, the shipping box and packaging were in good shape, but the Samsung box itself looked a little beat up. Then I noticed that the taped seal on the Samsung box had been broken. I took several pictures to document the condition of the box.

The tablet was in good shape and appeared to be new, but the screen had some streaks on it, as if someone had tried to clean it. I don't remember seeing any clear protective plastics.

When I powered on the tablet, the battery was only about 50% charged. There were a few odd game apps already installed, but it walked me through the initial setup and seemed to work well. I boxed it back up and mailed it to my father. If I wasn't up against the Christmas deadline, I surely would have contacted the vendor and asked for a replacement.

I just purchased a similar Samsung tablet a few weeks prior, so I'm familiar with Samsung's packaging.
