Can't Believe They Use This Company 10/3/2015 4:31:38 AM
Globalsell received my order almost a month ago and I still don't have the product, furthermore the last two emails to Newegg have gone unanaswered. This may be, no matter how good the deals may be from time to time, to stop using Newegg. I can't believe that they use this company. If I could I would leave less than one egg.

Ordered a wireless mouse on 7/22. Received today 8/27. Order was wrong and it had smudges and scratches on arrival. I'm not even interested in going through the hassle of trying to exchange or refund.

Says my order has shipped. Tracking number useless. USPS, UPS, FedEx... none of them have any information about my "tracking order". I guess I should have read the OTHER reviews before I paid. Won't be doing business with GlobalSell again (maybe not Newegg either).

Globalsell sent me the wrong keyboard twice. They didn't respond to complaints, or questions even when sent from Newegg customer service. Luckily Newegg took care of business for me by assisting with the returns.

The slow turnaround added to my frustration. I knew that the shipments would take 3 weeks but when the seller send the wrong product twice, you are looking at a month and a half before you can get everything straightend out.

This sell has a false website, false email and a false phone number. Newegg can not get in touch with this seller. I have ordered stuff and have not yet received and the seller issued a phony tracking number. Do not buy from.

i ordered an expresscard from this seller. they took out the money promptly and issued a tracking number. almost a month later i still haven't received my package, the tracking number appears to be bogus, and nobody will respond to my multiple attempts to contact them. i wish i would have read all the terrible reviews before ordering from this seller. funny thing is i got an email asking me to rate this product. i chose to rate the seller instead. i will rate the product if it ever shows up.

I bought from this seller back in February and yet too this day I have not received the order, so I asked for a refund which afterwords the seller hasn't even contacted me back so far I have been scre3w3d from $80 and which is unacceptable.

I have not yet received the mouse I ordered many weeks ago. When I tried to track it, I was tols mere that it had been shipped. That isn't what I call tracking. I'd appreciate a prompt response.

poor communication/slow shipment 3/31/2015 7:54:28 AM
I placed my order on February 18 and received a tracking number within a few days. On March 9 (almost 3 weeks later), I sent a message through Newegg to the seller because there had been no movement on my tracking number.

I never received a response from the seller, but 2 days after I sent the message, the tracking info was updated that the Origin Post had received the package. I don't know if my email prompted the seller to finally drop off the package for shipment or if the timing was a coincidence.

I wouldn't buy from this seller again with service like that. The only reason they get 2 stars is because I eventually received the actual item that I ordered.

Took well over a month to receive my purchase. NewEgg basically says it is a markeplace purchase so I need to contact seller who was not replying to me. Nothing similar to actually purchasing from NewEgg, but it is still NewEgg's reputation. I will not purchase from marketplace again, and will also check elsewhere for similar price before buying from NewEgg again.

Took 5 weeks for the item to arrive from china. Not to mention that the power adapter is for non-american outlets. Costs me 9$ for a return shipping label. Don't buy from this seller.

Took over two weeks just to simply process the order. Tried to cancel the order several times after the first week to no avail. Supposedly item has been sent out. Sincerely doubt it'll ever show- what with the bogus tracking number.

These guys are terrible when it comes to responding you your emails/messages. I messaged them on here to cancel my order and they never even sent a response... Now my product is shipping out and they gave me a bad tracking number so I don't even know where my package is! Awful experience so far... Now let's see if I actually get my package or if I become another customer who doesn't get their products...

If you are in the USA look for a local vendor 2/20/2015 1:35:32 PM
Placed an order on January 21, 2015. Didn't get shipped until January 31, 2015. Today is Feb 20, 2015 and the package is still nowhere in sight. Says it is still sitting in Hong Kong somewhere. Next time I am just going to look for a place that is in the USA. I don't care where in the world you are, it should not take over a month for a package to arrive. Assuming it ever does.
