Ordered some Magic cards for a Christmas present, it took 2 weeks for them to not ship then AFTER Christmas refunded me.
Way to ruin my nephews Christmas.

This seller will take your money and not ship your product. They do not respond to emails. This seller should be removed from Newegg. Do not buy anything form them.

Rating + 1 Order placed the 26th of September and now its the 17th of Oct and I still dont have my case

I have made several attempts to contact newegg about this issue and still have not seen a single email about where the hell my case is, or, more importantly, where my refund is because at this point I no longer want the case.

Rating + 1 Very dissapointing

I would not recommend anyone use this seller. I placed a pre-order for the Kaladesh set of MTG over a week in advance. I ordered the boxes with 2 day shipping in hopes that I would have them to split with my friends and paid the additional 50+ dollars to do that. However it has now been 4 days since the release and GameTraders has yet to even get the box to UPS. I do not understand how a company can believe this is acceptable behavior.

Rating + 1 Don't waste your time or money.

Do not order from this seller. Newegg should be ashamed to even list such a failure of a company. It Tarnishes their good image and frustrates customers who trust them. Any order or delivery date they give you is false. Im still waiting for my product and its been almost two weeks sense I've ordered.

Rating + 2 Horrible shipping times, Fraudulent

I purchased product with 1st day business. Package is given 2-3 business days to process between Newegg and the 3rd part vendor (kind of defeats the purpose right Newegg?). Package tracking receipt said that vendor used 2day priority mail (which is $18.00 vs 1st day which is $31.00). Took 2-3 weeks to receive a refund and was only provided after multiple emails and phone calls to Newegg.

Rating + 1 Never Received Product

My product was shipped to Minneapolis MN. But I live in Missouri. I contacted newegg and they verified that my address was listed correctly. Newegg says this issue needs to be resolved by the 3rd party vendor but as of now they have not responded to the email sent by newegg.

Return Instruction
    1. Log onto your account and find your order in order history, click on 'Request RMA from Seller' Button next to the order information.

On 'Compose Message Page', verify the order number you want to request return on the top of the page, choose 'RMA Inquiry' from the drop down menu, provide the item# (you can find on your order invoice e-mail) and the reason you want to return, and indicate you want to return for replacement or refund before click 'send message' button.
    3. Once our Customer Service Representatives receive your inquiry, it will take us 24 - 48 hours to respond to your inquiry.
    4. Once our Customer Service has verified your order information and approved for you to send the merchandise back to us, you will be provided with Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number for your return through e-mail. The e-mail contains RMA number, RMA details and important return shipping instruction. Read the instruction carefully before you ship your return merchandise back to us.

We strongly recommend you return your item in the same or similar packaging as they were delivered to you with all the original parts, accessories and menu/documentation included (any missing parts or accessories may result your return being rejected or your refund/replacement being delayed).
