I grew worried when the seller didn't answer my emails. my product arrived and i never heard from the seller. however i am happy with my purchase and I will probably buy another case from this seller.

Rating + 1 Xperia Z Ultra docking cradle

that product "works" kinda. the USB jack has I think a loose pin because it is not always recognized by the PC and also when trying to use a USB extension cable. This is a boxed Sony product but has a real brand of "straight from the slums of China" written all over it. Really a very cheaply made product, I'm disappointed in Sony. And for $34 its not that inexpensive either. Should be a $5 product at most. You can't even charge the phone through USB when its in the cradle. It only charges though the cradle when its plugged into power. I found generic ones online that are like $16 and will charge when plugged in to the USB port.

I never got the item as it was held up in customs and shipped back. The seller contacted me to see if I wanted to try to reship or if I wanted a refund. I requested a refund but nothing was done and they failed to respond to my emails. I ended up going through Newegg customer service to get my money back. They, at least, were responsive. If I'd known it shipped from a 3rd party, I probably would have skipped it. I should have read better.

Please accept our apologies on the delay of processing your refund which we made it finally with the assistance of Newegg's customer service representative. We are now working with another shipping provider to ensure it won't delay our shipments. All of our orders provide tracking and available on USPS' website. We are so sorry again for the delay. Rating + 1 Pre-Opened and Dirty Item for Asia Markets

I purchased a Sony MW600 Bluetooth headset. Upon receiving the product, I was angry and disappointed. Box was pre-opened with a tear. The entire device, cables, and earbuds was dirty with white specks and non-descript filth. This is a BIG NO-NO for someone with a germaphobe, like myself. Plus, the power supply was made for Asia (China), not USA, and was a lot larger.

I took photos of the product's condition. Cleaned it, because I couldn't stand the sight of how dirty it was. Repackaged and RMA'd it. I want a full refund with no restocking Fee and perhaps more since it cost me money to RMA the product.
Seller Response:Thanks for your order and feedback, we can guarantee that all of our stocks are 100% genuine, new and unused. However, customer may notice some of our products were opened or comes with a small identity sticker on the body to identify our goods. (In fact that we only manage this to MW600 because it is our hot-selling item (selling around 100-pcs a week worldwide), rest of our stock (electronic gadgets) are all factory sealed). We are sorry that we can't manage this process in a dust-free zone but we believe it won't get large amount of dust or dirty comes into the box in our office.

Please also consider our stock are overseas version which may come with an alternative power adapter (in EU or UK type) but we will include a US adapter (converter) for FREE for using it in the US.

Your input is highly appreciated and we will definitely consider your feedback for our future developments and procedures.

    We offer only fine quality merchandise. If you are not completely satisfied, we will gladly accept returns within 30 days from receipt of merchandise. At your request, we will issue you a credit back to your account, or exchange the merchandise. By placing an order, you agree to the following return policies and Instructions.

    All returns must include the following or it will be rejected and returned back to you at your cost:

    Additional Return Requirements and Policy:

Return Instruction
    1. Log onto your account and find your order in order history, click on 'Request RMA from Seller' Button next to the order information.
    2. On 'Compose Message Page', verify the order number you want to request return on the top of the page, choose 'RMA Inquiry' from the drop down menu, provide the item# (you can find on your order invoice e-mail) and the reason you want to return, and indicate you want to return for replacement or refund before click 'send message' button.
    3. Once our Customer Service Representatives receive your inquiry, it will take us 24 - 48 hours to respond to your inquiry.
    4. Once our Customer Service has verified your order information and approved for you to send the merchandise back to us, you will be provided with Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number for your return through e-mail. The e-mail contains RMA number, RMA details and important return shipping instruction. Read the instruction carefully before you ship your return merchandise back to us.
    5. We strongly recommend you return your item in the same or similar packaging as they were delivered to you with all the original parts, accessories and menu/documentation included (any missing parts or accessories may result your return being rejected or your refund/replacement being delayed). Re-using the package your item came in is acceptable, as long as the packaging is in good condition and all previous addresses, tracking information and labels are removed.
