- Returns Policy
Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:
• SHIPPING CHARGES TO YOU ARE NON-REFUNDABLE, EVEN IF THE PRODUCT PRICE INCLUDED SHIPPING, ONCE AN ORDER IS IN THE PROCESS OF BEING RETURNED, SHIPPING CHARGES INCURRED WILL BE DEDUCTED FROM YOUR REFUND OR CREDIT AMOUNT. WE DO NOT COVER RETURN SHIPPING COSTS. RETURNS MUST HAVE ALL THE ORIGINAL PACKAGING INCLUDING ALL PARTS, ACCESSORIES AND PAPERWORK THAT CAME WITH THE SHIPMENT OR YOU MAY NOT RECEIVE A CREDIT/REFUND OR ONLY A PARTIAL CREDIT/REFUND. YOU MUST GET A RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER BEFORE SENDING ANY PRODUCTS OR SHIPMENT BACK TO A.M.I. SERVICES. WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO DECLINE RETURNS IF THE ABOVE POLICY IS NOT MET.
All returned products must first undergo an inspection. If the product is found to be in good working order and without any defects your money, less shipping costs, will be promptly refunded. All products must be returned in good working condition with no physical damage/defects or additional restocking fees will be applied.
All packages without valid return authorization number on the box will be refused.
Cancellation: Orders can be cancelled up to 2pm EST on the day of order. Since products will be shipped after that time we cannot cancel the order.
Unfortunately we cannot accept returns for opened testing kits or opened filters.
Returns: If for some reason you are not satisfied with your product you can return it within 30 days from the purchase date for a refund of the purchase price minus shipping or restocking fee. If the product is found to be in good working order and without defects your money, less shipping costs or restocking fee will be promptly refunded. We cannot refund shipping! Due to the fact that we pay upfront for shipping on orders, a restocking fee of up to $100 will be deducted from your refund depending on the original shipping cost.
Damaged product: If for some reason your product is damaged or broken during shipping or is defective just email us and we will set up a return and replacement at no charge. email: email@example.com
1. Log onto your Newegg.com account and find your order in order history, click on 'Request RMA from Seller' Button next to the order information.
2. On 'Compose Message Page', verify the order number you want to request return on the top of the page, choose 'RMA Inquiry' from the drop down menu, provide the item# (you can find on your order invoice e-mail) and the reason you want to return, and indicate you want to return for replacement or refund before click 'send message' button.
3. Once our Customer Service Representatives receive your inquiry, it will take us 24 - 48 hours to respond to your inquiry.
4. Once our Customer Service has verified your order information and approved for you to send the merchandise back to us, you will be provided with Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number for your return through e-mail. The e-mail contains RMA number, RMA details and important return shipping instruction. Read the instruction carefully before you ship your return merchandise back to us.
5. We strongly recommend you return your item in the same or similar packaging as they were delivered to you with all the original parts, accessories and menu/documentation included (any missing parts or accessories may result your return being rejected or your refund/replacement being delayed). Re-using the package your item came in is acceptable, as long as the packaging is in good condition and all previous addresses, tracking information and labels are removed.
