- Returns Policy
• TechDealsUSA offers a 30 day return policy/warranty for defective items (beginning on the date that the buyer receives the item) and a 14 day return policy for any other reason.
• Any item that is not defective which needs to be returned must be done so within 14 days from the date that the buyer receives the item and must be shipped back to our facilities at the buyer’s expense. After 14 days we will not accept any returns or issue any refunds, regardless of the issue, unless the phone is defective.
• If the phone is defective it must be returned within 30 days from the date that the buyer receives the item. Once it arrives at our facilities it will be checked for the specific defectivities listed by the buyer and a full refund will be issued - provided that all of the accessories and manuals are present and the phone has no physical imperfections.
• Our 30 day return policy only applies to defective items, or if a mistake has been made on our end - such as a buyer receiving the wrong item. For any other reason the phone must be shipped back within 14 days of the delivery date and the buyer will be subject to a restocking fee which may range from 20-50%, which will be deducted from the refund amount. Please note that the restocking fee will depend upon the condition of the phone and the presence of the accessories/manuals.
• There is no return acceptable if the phone has any physical damage or has been rooted, even within the 14 day return period. This includes, but is not limited to: cracked screen, dents, heavy noticeable scratches, and/or water damage. In this case, the phone can be returned to the customer at the customer’s expense.
• A restocking fee will be charged to the buyer if the phone is not in brand new condition and is not resellable as brand new. This includes: missing plastic bags, heavily damaged boxes/packaging or writing on the box, missing or extremely dirty screen protectors, and/or any missing accessories. The restocking fee will depend upon the condition which the phone is returned in and which accessories are or are not present.
• We will not be held responsible for postage fees on packages being sent back to our facilities from outside of the U.S. - regardless of the reason in which the phone is being returned. If a buyer wishes to return a phone to our facilities from outside of the U.S. they must incur all of the postage expenses required to do so.
1. Log onto your Newegg.com account and find your order in order history, click on 'Request RMA from Seller' Button next to the order information.
2. On 'Compose Message Page', verify the order number you want to request return on the top of the page, choose 'RMA Inquiry' from the drop down menu, provide the item# (you can find on your order invoice e-mail) and the reason you want to return, and indicate you want to return for replacement or refund before click 'send message' button.
3. Once our Customer Service Representatives receive your inquiry, it will take us 24 - 48 hours to respond to your inquiry.
4. Once our Customer Service has verified your order information and approved for you to send the merchandise back to us, you will be provided with Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number for your return through e-mail. The e-mail contains RMA number, RMA details and important return shipping instruction. Read the instruction carefully before you ship your return merchandise back to us.
5. We strongly recommend you return your item in the same or similar packaging as they were delivered to you with all the original parts, accessories and menu/documentation included (any missing parts or accessories may result your return being rejected or your refund/replacement being delayed). Re-using the package your item came in is acceptable, as long as the packaging is in good condition and all previous addresses, tracking information and labels are removed.
