Please note that we attempt to start the shipping process as soon as we receive your order from Amazon. It is an automated process and we may not be able to cancel your order due to the efficiency of our system. Cancellations must be confirmed in writing by Diddlydeals to be considered cancelled. If you request a cancellation or a turnaround after your order has shipped, and the carrier is able to stop the shipment, there will be a $15.00 service fee taken out of your refund.

If you are unhappy with your product for any reason, you can request a Return Authorization within 30 days of the merchandise shipped date for a refund. All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. You will be responsible for the return shipping cost unless the merchandise is damaged or defective. All returned merchandise must be in original factory condition, including all packaging materials, inserts and manuals, warranty cards (not filled-out) and all accessories. If you fail to include all packaging materials, you will not receive full credit for your return.
Due to the nature of certain products, such as large TVs, and wide format printers, projectors, AV receivers, etc., all sales are final. If they are defective or damaged on arrival due to shipping, you must make a claim immediately for a replacement product. If after 30 days your product becomes defective, please follow the Warranty Policy included with the product.
We will issue a credit for authorized returns upon receiving and inspecting the returned product. We do not credit the original shipping cost, nor the return shipping cost (unless the merchandise is damaged or defective). All returns must be received by our facilities within 10 business days after we issue you a return authorization number so long as the return is within our guidelines of acceptable items and conditions for returns. Shipping, handling and insurance to send returns back to us are your responsibility. Once the product has been returned, please allow 5-7 business days for all returns to be processed.
Please return all merchandise within a shipping carton and do not write on the original manufacturer's box. RMA numbers should be entered into the second address line of your return shipping label to ensure a proper, quick return process.
We must be notified within 72 hours of the item receipt that the item has physical damage. Thus, please open and inspect all items immediately. Upon your notification, we will file a damage claim promptly with the carrier. Please allow 7 to 10 business days for the carrier to investigate the claim.
If your order shows delivered and you did not received, please notify us immediately. We will file a lost claim with the carrier. Please allow 7 to 10 business days for the carrier to investigate the claim.
1. Log onto your Newegg.com account and find your order in order history, click on 'Request RMA from Seller' Button next to the order information.
2. On 'Compose Message Page', verify the order number you want to request return on the top of the page, choose 'RMA Inquiry' from the drop down menu, provide the item# (you can find on your order invoice e-mail) and the reason you want to return, and indicate you want to return for replacement or refund before click 'send message' button.
3. Once our Customer Service Representatives receive your inquiry, it will take us 24 - 48 hours to respond to your inquiry.
4. Once our Customer Service has verified your order information and approved for you to send the merchandise back to us, you will be provided with Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number for your return through e-mail. The e-mail contains RMA number, RMA details and important return shipping instruction. Read the instruction carefully before you ship your return merchandise back to us.
5. We strongly recommend you return your item in the same or similar packaging as they were delivered to you with all the original parts, accessories and menu/documentation included (any missing parts or accessories may result your return being rejected or your refund/replacement being delayed). Re-using the package your item came in is acceptable, as long as the packaging is in good condition and all previous addresses, tracking information and labels are removed.
