- Returns Policy
BatteriesInAFlash.com™ accepts returns within 30 days of receipt of delivery on most products with a sales receipt. However, there are some exclusions (i.e. solar panels, flooded lead acid, lithium-iron phosphate, and special orders in most cases are non-returnable). Please contact us for more details. Original shipping charges are not refunded on returned items unless there was an error on our part. Customers are responsible for all shipping charges back to BatteriesInAFlash.com™ on returned items unless there was an incorrect item(s) shipped by BatteriesInAFlash.com™. Shipment discrepancies or damaged merchandise must be reported within 3 days of receipt of delivery. Refunds are only issued in the same form of the payment used for purchase. For example, if the item was purchased with a credit card, a credit is issued to that same card.
Approved returns within 30 days from purchase date will be issued a Return Authorization (RA#) for exchange or refund. There is a 15% restocking fee for returned items for refunds. Exchanged items are not subject to a restocking fee, but are subject to shipping fees. Please call 1-800-515-2423 or 1-702-248-2423 for an RA number before sending any orders back to us. We do not accept returns without an RA number. We will make every effort to correct your order in a reasonable amount of processing time.
Note: Products that have Lithium Iron Phosphate which include K2, Tenergy, and Omni brands are non-refundable.
If it is determined that there is an error due to a listing, product description or cross reference error on our part, we will reimburse shipping fees for the return and ship a replacement part at our expense. A 15% restocking fee will apply for all non-defective returns or items purchased in error. No shipping fees are reimbursed. If you are returning a product under a Manufacturer's Warranty, please be aware that specific manufacturers have more restrictive return policies. All products returned must be 100% complete, contain ALL original boxes and packing materials, have original UPC codes on the products, contain all manuals, blank warranty cards and other accessories and documentation provided by the manufacturer.
Customer is responsible for shipping charges on returned items. All shipping costs for returned merchandise will be paid for by the shipper. No C.O.D. on shipments will be accepted. Only shipping costs for incorrect items delivered to the customer will be paid for by BatteriesInAFlash.com™. We will not refund the extra shipping cost of express delivery. We will only refund shipping cost if the item is returned by First Class Mail, US Priority Mail or UPS Ground Shipping. If items are returned by express delivery, refund will only cover up to minimal shipping charges (if applicable).
BatteriesInAFlash.com™ strongly recommends that you choose a carrier that offers confirmation of delivery. NOTE: We are not responsible for lost, stolen or otherwise damaged products that are returned BatteriesInAFlash.com™. If we recognize the package has been damaged, or the products being returned are missing or not our product, we will notify you within 24-48 hours of processing your return.
1. Log onto your Newegg.com account and find your order in order history, click on 'Request RMA from Seller' Button next to the order information.
2. On 'Compose Message Page', verify the order number you want to request return on the top of the page, choose 'RMA Inquiry' from the drop down menu, provide the item# (you can find on your order invoice e-mail) and the reason you want to return, and indicate you want to return for replacement or refund before click 'send message' button.
3. Once our Customer Service Representatives receive your inquiry, it will take us 24 - 48 hours to respond to your inquiry.
4. Once our Customer Service has verified your order information and approved for you to send the merchandise back to us, you will be provided with Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number for your return through e-mail. The e-mail contains RMA number, RMA details and important return shipping instruction. Read the instruction carefully before you ship your return merchandise back to us.
5. We strongly recommend you return your item in the same or similar packaging as they were delivered to you with all the original parts, accessories and menu/documentation included (any missing parts or accessories may result your return being rejected or your refund/replacement being delayed). Re-using the package your item came in is acceptable, as long as the packaging is in good condition and all previous addresses, tracking information and labels are removed.
