We ordered 10 phones from this seller and they were tampered with and would not update. Also their serial numbers have been doctored.

Rating + 1 Unreliable supplier

I ordered a tablet from eSales and paid for expedited shipping. It was to ship in 3-5 days. I got a confirmation email saying that it was shipped via UPS. When it was three days late, I checked the UPS tracking number they provided. It was all zeros and ended in 1234. UPS had no record of a shipment to my address or using that obviously phoney tracking number. The item is 5 days late now, and eSales is not responding to my efforts to contact them. I am canceling the order, disputing the charge and refusing to accept the shipment. I should have looked up their rating before ordering. Don't order anything from eSales.

Rating + 1 Signature Required at pickup

This seller/shipper (eSales) required a signature at delivery. No door tag signature authorized, someone had to actually be present at the address to sign for the package. I never requested a signature at delivery. The seller/shipper (eSales) never told me that a signature would be required. This is something the seller/shipper (eSales) did on their own. This is a terrible inconvenience considering I work during the day and I have no-one else at my residence. I have had $1,000 laptops left on my doorstep by other sellers/shippers. I have never had to sign for a single package, no matter what the dollar value. I could not get FedEx to change the delivery address to my work, so I was instructed to contact the seller/shipper (eSales). There is only one phone number on this seller's profile, and I called that number for three days straight. No one ever answered the phone. All hours of the day, no answer. This is ridiculous. I would never do business with them again.

Rating + 1 Shipped to me as a gift from another store

The seller simply ordered my product from another online retailer, and mailed it directly to me as a gift. The is not acceptable. If I wanted to order the product from a different retailer, I would have done so directly, and not paid the seller to place an order on my behalf. I will never do business with this seller again.

I ordered 4 of these tablets and they all 4 arrived DOA. The seller was quick to respond to the RMA and refunded my money quickly.

Return Instruction
    1. Log onto your account and find your order in order history, click on 'Request RMA from Seller' Button next to the order information.
    2. On 'Compose Message Page', verify the order number you want to request return on the top of the page, choose 'RMA Inquiry' from the drop down menu, provide the item# (you can find on your order invoice e-mail) and the reason you want to return, and indicate you want to return for replacement or refund before click 'send message' button.
    3. Once our Customer Service Representatives receive your inquiry, it will take us 24 - 48 hours to respond to your inquiry.
    4. Once our Customer Service has verified your order information and approved for you to send the merchandise back to us, you will be provided with Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number for your return through e-mail. The e-mail contains RMA number, RMA details and important return shipping instruction. Read the instruction carefully before you ship your return merchandise back to us.
