Although the seller shipped an item that I did not order, the seller acknowledged the error, and shipped the item I did order. The only problem I had was that it took a few weeks to get the product I ordered initially.

Rating + 5 I received a good service.

I bought a refurbished laptop from Micro corp.
The cosmetic grade is "A" on the website. But I think it's just about "B" grade.
And my laptop has a little issue on my keyboard.
But the seller gives me a quick response.
They gave me the proper missing parts.

Rating + 5 Most excellent.

I ordered two refurbished Lenovo T430's. They arrived within a week or so with Win10PRO, and no bloatware - $200 each - beautlful. These things look brand-new, arrived in slick simple packaging - excellent experience - highly recommend and I will order more in the future.

Rating + 1 Not happy!

My refurbished Thinkpad is not working properly. First call was for replacement fan. Second call was to return. In both cases Newegg told me to wait for contact by US Micro. Nine days since second phone call and still no response from US Micro. I'm hoping Newegg will solve my problem directly when I call for the third time tomorrow. I am not pleased!

Rating + 5 Fast shipping and professionally packaged. A+

I recommend this seller so far... it's a Christmas gift and the laptop looks so perfect in it's packaging I don't want to remove it. The ad says Windows 10 But the page included on top of the laptop says Windows 7. My son wanted to go back to Windows 7 so I'm not disappointed and I understand Windows 10 might have issues with an older Laptop's video. I'm an IT professional so no worries.

One minor con - The shipping box has the words "Laptop Box" in block letters printed on it. Luckily my son wasn't home when it arrived and none of the local thieves guild, a.k.a high school students, walked by.

Computer got here fast and was packed well.
It was described as grade A, the exterior looks brand new and the inside also looks new.
The computer runs great and is nearly silent.
I would buy from this seller again.

I ordered several desktops from them for an IT project and was happy so I ordered 5 monitors as well. They came on time exactly as described - in fact, the description noted some slight damage to the cases but after looking really hard to find it ...some slight scratches I never would have noticed so I think they erred way on the side of caution in stating the cosmetic damage.

Packaging was great - as good as I've gotten from Dell.

Great vendor - will definitely be my first go-to when I need something along these lines.

I'm in IT and for a project I needed several Window's desktops to deploy on a shop floor - but their use is such I didn't want to spend money on new builds. These were perfect. I ordered some - they came in exactly as ordered and on time so I ordered 2 more.

And the packaging was great - very secure.

Will definitely check this vendor first when I need something else going forward.

Rating + 1 Dishonest or Incompetent?

I have about two computers from these people. I had to return the first one because the case wouldn't open. The back was dented in and you could tell from its position in the box that the dent was NOT due to shipping. their customer service department was very efficient. They didn't have a replacement to send me and so they gave me a refund in a reasonable amount of time.
So I ordered a different model and now I have to return the second one because I ordered a computer with an Intel i5 Quad Core and they shipped me one with a Core 2 Duo. I'm not sure if they are dishonest or merely incompetent but I wouldn't buy from them. In fact, I'm really disappointed that Newegg would even sell their junk.

    US Micro Corp provides a 1 Year limited warranty on all products we sell, unless otherwise noted on original description of product. This warranty includes any hardware defects and EXCLUDES any software issues, neglect, or unauthorized repair. In addition we do not test laptop batteries therefore battery life will not be covered by any warranty unless otherwise noted on original description of product. The warranty date will start from the time your item has been invoiced. We will offer refunds only within the first 30 days of receipt. Under no circumstance will the original shipping charges be refunded. Buyer is responsible for return shipping. If you choose to return your item instead of using your warranty for repair or replacement you may be subject to a restocking fee. Any buyer remorse returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee.

Return Instruction
    1. Log onto your account and find your order in order history, click on 'Request RMA from Seller' Button next to the order information.
    2. On 'Compose Message Page', verify the order number you want to request return on the top of the page, choose 'RMA Inquiry' from the drop down menu, provide the item# (you can find on your order invoice e-mail) and the reason you want to return, and indicate you want to return for replacement or refund before click 'send message' button.
