I placed this order on Thursday June 1st and still have not received it. I placed an inquiry on June 14th and this was the reply that I received:

Great MP3 player. 6/8/2017 10:47:22 AM
I got this player within two weeks after ordering. It holds much more than my previous media player and I love it. The battery's also great, use it all day without having to worry about the battery going out. The UI took some getting used to, but, it's not bad.

I'd recommend this to others.

took a month, came from china postal, tried to cancel, said to refuse delivery ( mail refusal ), very bad english emails. Last one wanted me to send the item to another buyer of this item.

I made the order and received a USPS tracking number which is a very comforting thing since the item is coming from China. I could see that the headset had been processed and shipped from the vendor by watching the tracking. Within a day or two the JMTTOP pages that I had been watching items on totally disappeared from Newegg. This made me very n-n-nervous to say the least but after a few days I could see the item was still moving towards the US. I received my headset about 11 days after I placed the order which I believe is a good time from China to Arizona. When it arrived it was packed well and worked fine right out of the box. After a few days JMTTOP appeared again on Newegg and I could see the headset was being advertised again. All in all my headset arrived in a timely manner and was packaged well and I am very satisfied.
