Hi I have a few different headsets in various designs,I have always been happy. I have not resold anything yet however.So I really don't have my own personal feedback for them.Some are intested and looking good.I am missing one pair of iSport Monster Bluetooth wireless rechargeable blue headset but not from Newegg account.I am sorry I lost the item number and have been busy with my own life's journey and can't find the invoice though I am certain that this is typical during holiday season. I am happy to look for the transaction in the other vender too find them and give you the item numbers, thanks again for your time and consideration interest and concern.

We had to return the device for a refund 3 weeks after we ordered it, because it was falsely advertised as an electronic drum set with pictured drum module and rack. However, to our surprise upon receipt it was only the pads and cymbals. It didn't include the rack and drum module as pictured. It also had no disclaimer that those items were not included. So we wasted a lot of time and energy trying to get this issue resolved. In the end we had to send it back.

Was concerned at first about indicated shipment, but that was on the carrier. Zorro was excellent. They responded quickly to the order and shipped the day of the order. The item arrived in perfect condition and as described. I also got an immediate response to my email. I would definitely deal with them again.

I ordered a set of Zik 2.0 headphones. I was sent Zik 1.0 headphones. The packing slip UPC did not match what was shipped to me. I contacted NewEgg to do an RMA. I immediately sent Zorro Sounds the item, 2 months later - still NO refund and they just voided my RMA and will not respond to any emails/calls.

vendor seems to chronically forget to send all items 4/7/2015 6:40:10 AM
my order was for a package that included 3 things. They sent the main thing but not the other parts of the "kit". I had to further request the missing items, which they then sent. But Other reviewers also indicated that things were missing from their order, so I am "me too"ing because they seem to have a history of doing that. Their price was good, and they did send the stuff eventually, but customers shouldn't have to complain about missing items. It's their job to send all the stuff, not mine to catch them on it.

Purchased Sennheiser Momentum over ear headphones in ivory color.Received on ear headphones from your supplier Zorro.I called customer service to get correct order.Instead my money was abrubtly refunded- after I paid $13 to return item that was their mistake! I called again to get reimbursed for my return costs....nothings happened!
What business works like yours? I just wanted my correct headphone order...instead,6 weeKS later I have no headphones and am out $13 having to run to post office, email photos and make numerous phone calls to customer service.I believed the correct order was to be shipped! Instead I get email saying $ is refunded!! All I wanted was correct headphones not a refund which was discussed with customer service. Your Co must be doing so well it cares less about a sale! Purchased a bundle of classical guitar + accessories. 1st i received just the guitar, and it was damaged. After about 3 weeks working with Newegg support, after the vendor never replied to a single contact attempt, they shipped the accessories, but 3/4 were the wrong items. Bad Service.

The watch was a xmas gift, it never turned on even after 15 hrs of charging it. Sent several emails and got a response but they never followed through with a refund or exchange. Contacted Newegg they responded quickly and friendly but I was told they can only contact Zorro Sounds by email.

We ordered a Goodtime Classic Banjo, but they sent a Goodtime Classic. It turns out the inventory listing was wrong. That was bad, but when I talked to customer service, Denisse figured out the problem in seconds, and we got everything straightened out in short order.

At first, I was angry that I didn't get the right item, but thanks to great customer service, I'm comfortable ordering from them again.

Note: the listings for the banjos is still wrong. Be wary if you are ordering a deering banjo today.

Item clearly states:3sets of guitar strings. When I received only one set I emailed back and they replied "I have looked thru your order and it shows you only ordered 1 not 3. We don't carry 3 in one bundles for the single priced item." That is not what your ad said. You lie for personal gain,and should be removed from this sellers list.

Well I received the package relatively fast, however, it arrived with no audio cable and no case for the headphones. I called and they are offering a replacement, but now that means no headphones on my plane ride to and fro NY. An advanced replacement would be nice.

Product came damaged. I email them for RMA for a replacement. They haven't contacted me until in 3 to 4 business days. Agent in email said she will issue RMA. Never got RMA. Contacted Newegg after 2 weeks and very quickly gotten RMA within 5 minutes for a refund. Wouldn't do business with Zorro Sounds again. Although, I'm very disappointed I won't get to enjoy the Ah-D400.

Didn't have any problems with the order. I ordered the item at night, received a shipping notice email the next morning, and I received the item within 3 days.

Shipping was fast, I live on the western coast and the item was shipped from the eastern coast. Also, shipping was free when I purchased the item.

Packaging was acceptable. Item was protected with air bubble sleeves.
