Zero rating.
Ordered new phone.
The phone I received is definitely a used one.
Battery is not genuine
Keypad is a replacement
Charging port shows many scratches and dirt
Screws in the phone are worn out - shows previous repairs?
Not in original box
No original charger
BEWARE - stay away from this seller. Always compare serial number on the box with phone serial number.

Although shipment and receipt were rapid, the phone was defective and never worked. I spent hours, days trouble shooting it with Samsung and at the Samsung desk to no avail. I didn't have the phone on my trip to Europe this summer as hoped. I have discovered that no one knows much if anything about using unlocked phones here in the US, whereas you can find someone knowledgeable on every street in every city I visited in France.
I am mailing the phone back today and hope that I will indeed receive a full refund.

I ordered a red Lumina 920 phone on 5/27. Heights Mobile sent a note that it was shipped on 5/28 by Lasership. But it was lost between PA and VA per Lasership customer service.
Newegg tells me that Heightsmobile has responsibility for putting in the claim and/or giving me a refund. But all I get from Heights Mobile is automated responses about how busy they are (probably messing up other orders!!!).At the moment I seem to be out $280 and no phone in hand.
I do not understand why Newegg advertises a company with such poor service (>50% negative reviews,)

Shipped and received fast but the two pair of headphones I purchased were open box at best, used at worst. Seems to be a trend.

Beware - Used, not new as advertised 5/27/2014 4:21:32 AM
Beware, this seller sells used items, not new as they advertise. Their "New" Apple headphones came with fingerprints, scratches and dirt on the earpiece (disgusting). Also, poor customer service - after I requested a return, their email msg did not include a return label as they said it would. I'm still not sure if I will get my $ back.

Terrible experience. Falsely advertised a brand new sealed phone case in original packaging. What arrived was a scuffed up used case in a SANDWICH BAGGY, missing the holster and screen protector - which was the whole reason for the purchase. Did not respond to 2 emails. Newegg should drop these cheapskates.

I ordered headphones from this seller only to have my credit card information sit in "verification" for a week. Once my credit card was actually processed and they had my money, they provided me with a tracking number for the package. Problem is, there was no package.

Apparently rather than email me letting me know why there had been such delays, they simply charged my card even though they had no product in stock.

I called up their help line and was informed that even though I had waited over 10 days at this point, there was still no product in their warehouse, and nothing had ever been shipped.

I can't even get a quick refund from these people due to the idiocy of their system which counted my order as "shipped" even though they never even had anything for me in the first place.

If I could have gave this seller 0 eggs I would have. I've bought a lot of stuff from Newegg and never had such a trash experience such as this one. I would recommend Newegg remove this vendor.

I have ordered two phones from this seller. I have returned two phones to this seller. When they arrived neither one would connect to my carrier. I even took it to the store in hopes that someone could help me. They tried. They really did, but the phone simply would not connect.

Now, I must give credit that my complaints were met with a prompt refund, but I would much rather have written a review about how much I was enjoying using my new phone instead of how politely it was returned after I found it did not work.

Phone w/ No Battery 12/13/2013 3:36:24 AM
Ordered the Samsung Galaxy Nexus from this seller after fully reviewing the specs. The specs included information on the battery for the phone. The phone arrived with no battery. Requests for additional information from this seller have not been received as of this writing. It is not clear to me how anyone could use a cell phone without a battery.
The phone was also previously used - this was not indicated at all in the product's description. The phone still contained a large number of the previous owner's photographs, some of which were of intimate subject matter.
I urge anyone purchasing from this seller to fully investigate all of the specs and condition of merchandise prior to purchasing. Good luck if you experience any issues - you will likely get no response.

Although my first order from HeightsMobile was cancelled by Newegg because of untimely delivery, I have to admit that after speaking to them on the phone I was offered a free upgrade. Needless to say, the second order was delivered the following day before my next day order from Newegg.

Wrong case for the wrong phone 9/14/2013 8:07:26 AM
I ordered an Otterbox Defender for my iPhone 4 last week. I just received an Otterbox Commuter (a cheaper, lesser quality case) for an iPhone 5. I can't even use this cheaper case on my phone due to the size difference.

I saw the seller reviews before I ordered but gave the benefit of the doubt since though there were mostly negative reviews, there were only a small handful of them and everyone is entitled to an error occasionally, but I will be paying closer attention to them in the future.

I gave 2 eggs because though I received the wrong item, I did receive it within the 5-7 business days.

My shipment of product was lost. I don't know how that happens. If there was any silver lining, HeightsMobiles did send another to me right away after I called to complain. Another comment though, was the products I ordered (iPad chargers) were used. I didn't see that in the description of the product...
