- Returns Policy
All products must be in new condition and packed in the original packaging, including any accessories, manuals, and documentation that shipped with the product. Incomplete and/or damaged returns will be rejected.
You have 30 days from the date your order is shipped to initiate a return or to report a defective product. The only method to initiate a return is to contact us via Newegg messaging system and/or request a return through the Newegg return system. We cannot process returns via phone. We apologize for the inconvenience. All returns must be authorized by a Gumdrop representative before the product is shipped back. The Gumdrop representative will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number that must be put on the outside of the shipping envelope or box. The customer assumes responsibility to put the RMA number on the return package. If the RMA number is not on the return package our warehouse team will not be able to identify your return.
The buyer agrees to be responsible for any return/exchange shipping charges and/or customs charges that may be incurred upon purchasing a product. Per Newegg Policy, items returned for a refund may be subject to a restocking fee up to 15% of the item's price. Gumdrop will credit the amount paid for the returned product (less any shipping costs/expenses related to the original purchase, which are non-refundable) to the original payment source. Any order placed with Gumdrop implies consent to abide by these policies. Gumdrop will not provide a return or refund for non-defective products if contacted more than thirty (30) days after the date of delivery. Gumdrop will not provide a refund for returned products that are damaged due to misuse, lack of care, mishandling, accident, abuse or other abnormal use.
Following the receipt of your returned product we will credit the amount paid for the returned product less any shipping costs/expenses related to the original purchase and payment method, usually within 7 business days.
The above poicies only apply to the direct Newegg purchaser. It does not apply to dealers, distributors or any other third parties in a distribution chain who purchase product for resale or cover products purchased through online auction websites or channels.
1. Log onto your Newegg.com account and find your order in order history, click on 'Request RMA from Seller' Button next to the order information.
2. On 'Compose Message Page', verify the order number you want to request return on the top of the page, choose 'RMA Inquiry' from the drop down menu, provide the item# (you can find on your order invoice e-mail) and the reason you want to return, and indicate you want to return for replacement or refund before click 'send message' button.
3. Once our Customer Service Representatives receive your inquiry, it will take us 24 - 48 hours to respond to your inquiry.
4. Once our Customer Service has verified your order information and approved for you to send the merchandise back to us, you will be provided with Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number for your return through e-mail. The e-mail contains RMA number, RMA details and important return shipping instruction. Read the instruction carefully before you ship your return merchandise back to us.
5. We strongly recommend you return your item in the same or similar packaging as they were delivered to you with all the original parts, accessories and menu/documentation included (any missing parts or accessories may result your return being rejected or your refund/replacement being delayed). Re-using the package your item came in is acceptable, as long as the packaging is in good condition and all previous addresses, tracking information and labels are removed.
