Had some shipping issues...problems with the Newegg site (this has happened before with your site) not the seller. Seller stuck with me through the whole process and ensured that I received my item, which included them shipping it out a second time. They responded very quickly with my inquiries and followed up to check on progress. Can't ask for more.

Excellent seller would recommend.. Why? I ordered part, turned out to be wrong and this is my fault, didnt research enough, however to be certain I tried it out anyway to be sure. Turned out just the wrong item, and seller honored a quick refund.
I'm always skeptical on new sellers and they proved their trust, wont hesitate to use this seller again.

I would recommend this seller. VERY speedy delivery and I had an issue with the adapter I purchased. I didn't pay a lot for it. I should have thought about that. It wasn't high quality...BUT I WASN'T PAYING high quality prices either! WE HAVE TO REMEMBER THAT! The item was used and within 7 days was no longer usable. I contacted the company because I was upset it didn't even last a week. It was a Santa present for my kiddos. They responded IMMEDIATELY! They needed to see what the issues was. I responded. There was a replacement cord IN THE MAIL before I even was able to read the next email. I AM THOROUGHLY impressed with their customer service. I think when we buy discount parts it is important to maybe reinforce them ourselves to get more use and be extra careful with them. WE DO get what we pay for I purchased this replacement part at a 1/3 the normal cost. I am EXTREMELY grateful for the seller! THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU

very slow and no tracking info, still have not received my package yet, and still have know idea where it is! I could have driven there and back tn the amount of time that it's taken them to deliver it!!!

I ordered 2 different PSUs for some Dell computers. I received two of the same PSUs, with the wrong connectors for my systems.
Seller doesn't respond to email. Would not buy from ever again. Now I have two lovely paper waits and lost $100.

I bought three of these types of cables, only to find out that they do not work. You can not read SAS drives on a SATA mother board.

They tie up your bank account 5/26/2016 7:26:34 AM
I'll give one egg because the $10.08 cable arrived promptly and is working well. But. For that small charge they've had a hold of over $200 on my card/bank account (the difference between "balance" and "available balance") for 8 days now. They were paid last Saturday and yet my bank just told be that the hold on the account won't expire until next Wednesday. To have 200 dollars held to insure a 10.08 payment is just abusive.

I'm not impressed so far. I am getting tired of buying things from websites such as Newegg that are just fronting for another seller. I have been buying from newegg since late 90's but will re evaluate after this. This is one of my gripes with other online giants to. My relationship is with Newegg so I would like to buy from them. I don't want to buy from them to discover that I haven't bought from them. No more shell purchases and the company that gets it right 1st is who I will be loyal to!

Sells items from elsewhere with 44% markup 5/12/2016 3:04:59 PM
Purchased a $100 item through newegg marketplace. The item was shipped directly from an 3bay seller, and the invoice price showed we had paid ShopBest 44% more than the original seller price. Instead of coming clean, ShopBest claimed, over multiple rounds, "wrong invoice", "multiple warehouses", "system broken", "will give you a $5 discount". Really? We go to newegg and no other sources for good reason. What we got was items from those other sources with 44% markup added by newegg seller and no responsible customer service.

I purchased this product on the Newegg.com website. My Credit Card was charged the entire amount of the purchase price and my Order Status on the Newegg Website stated that my order has been "SHIPPED" from "SHOPBEST". Newegg provided me with an Order Number and a FedEx Tracking Number. The FedEx Tracker Website has no record of this Tracking Number and "SHOPBEST" has never sent me any type of confirmation that my purchased product has indeed been shipped. SHAME ON YOU! SHOPBEST! I will never purchase anything from you ever again.
