Rating + 1 Not good...

I requested a cancellation within 2 hours of purchasing this item. It has been 3 days, and I still have not heard from the seller. Newegg has sent them two emails, and still no response. This whole process would be so much easier if the seller would just read their email. Now I have to return the order to the seller after I receive it. Considering the order originated from Japan, don't you think it would be easier to just not ship it in the first place? How about some customer service???

Rating + 1 Awful Customer Service and Poor Performance

Easyway failed to respond to either NewEgg or direct requests for assistance on this order. They issued a tracking number but that tracker never actually showed product was shipped or in route. After four weeks of trying to contact them and work through NewEgg for assistance the order was cancelled for a return.

The vendor failed to respond to any requests, they never delivered the product that was "shipped", and after four weeks we had to cancel the project. I will never order from Easyway again.

Rating + 1 SENT WRONG ITEM (previously opened & broken item)

i ordered shark wired gaming mouse, but received a nonfunctioning wireless mouse. This seller still hasn't responded to emails from newegg, If u want to receive the right or a working item make SURE your buying items directly from newegg, do NOT buy from this seller. No communication & seems like I got scammed by sending a at Best $10 mouse for my $50+ payment. Newegg did made it right , but only after a lot of stress & time on my part.

Rating + 1 Absolutely trash.

This "seller" is ridiculous. I had my order shipped out on 3/6 and its now 3/28 and my order has yet to arrive. This seller is Terrible with communications. Of the few emails I've sent regarding my item, I only got ONE email back. Absolutely Terrible TERRIBLE costumer service. I don't understand how newegg is partners with this company. They WILL NOT RESPOND TO YOUR EMAILS. Spent over $60 and waiting for over 20+ days when I could of went elsewhere and gotten it BEYOND faster and CHEAPER. Absolute terrible seller. I would give it a 0 rating but I can't.

They took forever to verify my order so I tried canceling it, someone from newegg sent them a order cancellation request and since they hadn't charged me yet I thought it would be fine, but four days later they charged me for it and now I have to two weeks for it to arrive so I can send it back and on top of that I have to pay for a restocking fee and shipping.

Newegg farmed this order out to a Chinese vendor. Where my credit was hacked and fraudulent charges immediately started showing up. Had to cancel card and business was in limbo while waiting for new card. One of the most unpleasant ordering experiences I have ever had.

Rating + 1 Do not use this seller ever for any reason

Ordered a headset from this seller back in early December of 2015. The tracking information they sent me was a bogus number that was not connected to any shipping order. After contacting Newegg after the 25th of December (when no headset had arrived), we requested the tracking information on the product to be sent to myself and the Newegg agent, and a month later they have never responded or sent the headset. Currently working with Newegg to just get a refund since nothing was ever sent as a result of the sale.

If you want to throw your money away, a toilet will be more entertaining and less disappointing.

At your request, we will issue you a credit back to your account, or exchange the merchandise. By placing an order, you agree to the following return policies and Instructions.

    All returns must include the following or it will be rejected and returned back to you at your cost:
    • Product purchased from our Newegg Marketplace store ONLY
    • Original Condition, no physical damage (exclude damages sustained during transportation)
    • All accessories, manuals, warranty registration card, etc.
    • Original UPC/serial# intact on product and on retail package (Proof of Purchase)
    • Valid RMA number obtained from website or customer service for the correct product and order (follow below return instruction to apply RMA#)

    Additional Return Requirements and Policy:
    1. An RMA number must be requested within thirty (30) calendar days of the delivery date. Shipping charge is the cost of us sending the product to you and will not be refunded. No restocking fee will be applied on return for DOA/Defective and shipping damaged product. Shipment received with visible damages must be reported to us within seven (7) calendar days of the delivery date. In the event an item is sold with "free-shipping", we will refund the amount of sale.

    2. All returns with missing part(s) (including, but not limited to, accessories, manuals, warranty registration cards, original manufacturer packing materials and retail packaging) will not be processed until the part is received.

    3. Customer is responsible for return shipping expenses unless otherwise explicitly states on the product. Replacements will be shipped at our expense.

    4. Customer is required to ship the return products with sufficient shipping packaging and void fill material inside to prevent product from physically damaged during return transportation. Customer is responsible for any loss and damages in return shipping.

    5. Upon our acceptance of the merchandise in like new condition in strict conformance with the basic criteria and standard returns policy, the purchase price will be credited to the credit card used for the original purchase.

    6. Refund will be issued after our warehouse receives, inspects, and processes your return. We will refund back to your method of payment.

Return Instruction
    1. Log onto your account and find your order in order history, click on 'Request RMA from Seller' Button next to the order information.
    2. On 'Compose Message Page', verify the order number you want to request return on the top of the page, choose 'RMA Inquiry' from the drop down menu, provide the item# (you can find on your order invoice e-mail) and the reason you want to return, and indicate you want to return for replacement or refund before click 'send message' button.
    3. Once our Customer Service Representatives receive your inquiry, it will take us 24 - 48 hours to respond to your inquiry.
    4. Once our Customer Service has verified your order information and approved for you to send the merchandise back to us, you will be provided with Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number for your return through e-mail. The e-mail contains RMA number, RMA details and important return shipping instruction. Read the instruction carefully before you ship your return merchandise back to us.
    5. We strongly recommend you return your item in the same or similar packaging as they were delivered to you with all the original parts, accessories and menu/documentation included (any missing parts or accessories may result your return being rejected or your refund/replacement being delayed). Re-using the package your item came in is acceptable, as long as the packaging is in good condition and all previous addresses, tracking information and labels are removed.
