Package arrived the outside box part looked ok, but the outside boxing for the system itself was dinged up pretty bad to the point I though I was sold a used item as this was a gift and a surprise for my son I was pretty nervous, I had to wait for my son to open the Switch console and once he did I checked everything.. seemed ok and after inspection seemed new.. but seriously the console box itself looking worse than the outside packaging .. poor show.

I purchased a Microsoft Surface 4 combo from the marketplace. The surface came with the bottom of the screen flickering. I contacted for a NewEgg (Always Innovating). I cannot express how upset I am that this has yet to be resolved. I purchase many items from NewEgg and usually never have an issue. This company is the worst I have dealt with to date. When I finally got a reply they told me to call Microsoft. I called Microsoft and after many hours on the phone they say they cannot replace the item because it is new. If they did it would be a refurbished item not a new one. They say to contact the seller and they would return the item. I have since contact the seller again (Always Innovating) and they just simply sent me an email with a name and address to someone in California. REALLY!! For one they expect me to pay for shipping on an item that is faulty. Secondly there is no electronic tracking of this item. I have to say this is the worst experience I have ever had with NewEgg. Not only has the marketplace dropped the ball so has NewEgg. NewEgg supposedly guarantee's the marketplace providers but I have yet to hear from them either.

I bought the Go Pro Hero5 from newegg, along with 3 other items totally to +$1,700. As my bf buys most of his pc parts, I wasn't aware that newegg did 3rd party sellers. Unfortunately, my go pro came from this third party seller. The item said "new", but when I received the item, the box had already been opened. The indication came from the seal sticker was already torn in half and the charging wire was already out of its packaging. I contacted newegg and they tried contacting the seller. The seller replied once and briefly said it could be box wear and tear, but obviously someone already opened the box. Now I am still in the process of trying to get a refund, so that I can buy an actual new item from a store. One someone else didn't open.

Receive a defective item. I requested an RMA but got no response. I had to request RMA twice before any response was given. Response was not good. Seller force buyer to go through warranty services. But I no want to go with Nest. So I cannot do Warranty claim. An RMA is needed. But no response after many other attempts to contact seller.

Don't Pay for Extra Shipping 5/12/2017 6:52:41 AM
Paid $34.95 to have this delivered 2-day shipping only to find that on day 2 at 3:45 pm that the post office held it. It was of course delivered the 3rd day but nobody was home. My fiancé then went to pick up the package the fourth day only to find the shipper did not pay enough for flat rate, so we had to pay another $7. Basically I just paid $41.50 to have the same delivery date an the 3-5 day shipping. 2 stars because it was shipped on time at least and the actually product made it to my home unscathed. -3 stars due to 1) late delivery, 2) charged for a service that was not provided, and 3) just because I'm ticked off that my only day this week I could have used it was the 2nd day.
So, yeah, basically just don't pay for extra shipping, it won't get there any sooner.

Surface arrived defective. I immediately contacted the seller. They told me to call Microsoft saying that Microsoft would replace it in three days. Microsoft had no idea what I was talking about. I sent another message to the seller that the item was defective out of the box and I wanted to return it for a refund. I did not hear back from then again. I filed a claim with new Egg. That claim is still being processed. By the way the packaging the Surface arrived in was an absolute joke. Stay away from this seller unless you like to gamble. Worst service ever.

I would say that out of most of the third party vendors that newegg.com has allowed to sell through newegg's site; this company has been better than most. They do respond to questions in a timely manner. They strive to take care of the issues. They also get most of the order to you on time. Where in lies just the four eggs. I have purchased from Always Innovating I believe three times all together. Two out of the three times I have had to contact the seller to find out when the rest of my order would show up. Both times I got a "Woops" and "they'll be their a few days later" because they had to turn around and send it. That or they took a very wrong turn at Albuquerque. But, for the most part, they are a very good vendor.

I find it funny that when the new Nintendo came out they are sold out right away. I didn't want to wait for a month for it to come out. Well we're some web site let you down. Newegg has never let me down yet. It came at the time it would say. Well packed. And I'm loving the game play on my new council. Thanks Newegg

I would definitely recommend this seller to others.
I ordered a Nintendo Switch about a week after launch and everywhere I searched was sold out. I decided to order on here and I was not disappointed. Took 2 days to arrive and was in perfect condition and packed well.
