- Returns Policy
You must obtain a RMA number within the applicable Return Policy period. Front Row Electronics will not accept returns without prior authorization and an RMA number. RMA numbers are valid for 30 days. Front Row Electronics must receive the products within this timeframe.
What products are returnable?
Front Row Electronics accepts returns of products that are in like new condition, with original packaging intact and all accessories, and all documentation, if returned within 30 days of delivery.
In addition, the following products are non-returnable, unless Front Row Electronics Customer Service declares a product defective:
Recorders with built-in microphones
Ear buds, headphones, and headsets
How do I return a product?
To return a product, please follow these steps carefully:
1. If you think an item you ordered may be defective, contact manufacturer's technical support to confirm that the product is defective. Then, if the manufacturer declares the item defective, call Front Row Electronics Customer Service with the specific diagnosis from the manufacturer.
2. If you would like to return a product(s) or if product is declared defective, request a RMA number by phone from Front Row Electronics Customer Service. You will usually receive the RMA by email within 24 hours of your request.
3. Please pack your returned product carefully. Include all original packing materials, all manuals and all accessories with the product.
4. Include the return label with your product, and indicate the reason for your return.
5. Front Row Electronics recommend that products be returned via UPS or insured parcel post for proof of delivery. You are responsible for the return shipping costs. However, if the return is the result of our error, Front Row Electronics will credit you with your cost of return shipping. Please include the postal receipt in your return package.
6. Frontrowelectronics LLC customer service will contact you with an address to return your product once your return has been processed and approved.
7. Items returned must include an RA (Return Authorization) number attached for tracking purposes. Returns without this could be lost or delayed. All returns must include original packing, accessories, and manuals to avoid additional restock fees. Please contact our customer service with any questions relating to your RA.
Do not write the RMA number directly on the product packaging.
Is it necessary to return each individual accessory when I send in a return?
Yes. Front Row Electronics cannot process RMA returns that are incomplete; incomplete RMAs will be returned to you.
When will my return be processed?
Front Row Electronics will notify you by email that your RMA Request has been received within 2-5 business days of receipt. RMA will only be processed if it meets these criteria:
Return with RMA number clearly identified.
Return with all original equipment, manuals, cables, and packaging.
No physical damage caused by customer or by carrier.
Please allow 14-21 days for processing. Refunds, less any restocking fees that apply, will be credited to the original purchasing credit card account number only.
1. Log onto your Newegg.com account and find your order in order history, click on 'Request RMA from Seller' Button next to the order information.
2. On 'Compose Message Page', verify the order number you want to request return on the top of the page, choose 'RMA Inquiry' from the drop down menu, provide the item# (you can find on your order invoice e-mail) and the reason you want to return, and indicate you want to return for replacement or refund before click 'send message' button.
3. Once our Customer Service Representatives receive your inquiry, it will take us 24 - 48 hours to respond to your inquiry.
4. Once our Customer Service has verified your order information and approved for you to send the merchandise back to us, you will be provided with Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number for your return through e-mail. The e-mail contains RMA number, RMA details and important return shipping instruction. Read the instruction carefully before you ship your return merchandise back to us.
5. We strongly recommend you return your item in the same or similar packaging as they were delivered to you with all the original parts, accessories and menu/documentation included (any missing parts or accessories may result your return being rejected or your refund/replacement being delayed). Re-using the package your item came in is acceptable, as long as the packaging is in good condition and all previous addresses, tracking information and labels are removed.
