Received on time, but item came in a cracked case and the disc was free floating. Minimal scratches, but disappointing experience. Would recommend more stringent quality control and/or better shipment packaging.

I have bought several heaters for co workers and baby room. WOW what a solid product. I would have paid 200 for this heater its very good. Thank you

On another note I will never buy from newegg agian prices to high and shipping on couple items almost took a month. Newegg used to be the best place to go.

Tried to cancel the order hours after placing it (1-2 days to process and 5-6 days to ship was not worth it), unfortunately received a message that the order "was in process" even it didn't ship for two more days. Even NewEgg sent a request to cancel the order. Will return it and not purchase from again.

We placed an order for a LEGO set for my son. At the time, the seller had more than one in stock on their own website. They listed it as 5 in stock. We place the order and a shipping confirmation was sent to us with a tracking number. Many days passed and we contacted NewEgg Customer Service to inquire. The agent sent an email to Toys "R" Us & Babies "R" Us. A few days later I received an email that says that the item is not in stock...Still waiting for my refund!!! What a bad experience from both NewEgg and Toys "R" US.

Missing items, tried three ways to contact order support. Finally was able to get somebody by using number posted to newegg rather than email and support number on receipt. They won't be able to find your order by using receipt number, which is completely worthless.

Correct customer support personnel claimed that missing item(s) would be sent immediately and that I would receive a new tracking number within two days. So far, a week later, I have seen or received nothing. Original order arrived in 2 business days, so I'm guessing I'm out of luck for this arriving in time for my daughter's birthday on December 22. Items ordered on Cyber Monday.

We had same experience with regular corp site in the past, entire orders cancelled without any notification. Waited 3 hours on hold to be told that I hadn't confirmed something via email so my black friday order was cancelled. Company would no longer honor prices even though email was never sent or received (checked spam, not there).

Overall, I wish I could give them 0 eggs since there is no QC of any kind when packing orders or when making promises to disappointed customers. Will be filing a claim on December 22, otherwise will update with more positive results. I expect the former, based on other reviews.

Update: As promised, I am updating this review. I have received my missing items and am now increasing the rating from 1 egg to three because the problem was resolved. I consider three generous as this should never have happened to begin with and contacting customer support should have been a simple process.

Rather costly item, but I received exactly what I ordered. And it was shipped quickly! For that, I thank you!! But the box was all smashed up! There aren't any corners anymore. Basically, there was no packing material at all. Just this item inside of a giant box. The item just bounced around during shipping. And now, I have to try and come up with a reason why Santa's gift is all smashed up. Not cool!

I wouldn't use this company again if they gave me my next order free. My package was lost by Fedex and I was instructed by Fedex to make contact with them so that they could initiate an investigation. I sent them numerous Emails, called them 9 times over two days, never got past hold even after 40 minutes. I had to contact Newgg to get involved, which they sort of half did on my behalf. Even Newegg Customer support agent was shocked at the blatant disregard of my email. I won't know if item is any good unfortunately because it is a Christmas present, but at this point I have accepted that if it is not then I lost my money and it wasn't cheap. I in true good faith could never recommend them ever again to anyone regardless of what they offer.

they sent a cheaper model (the tap instead of the ECHO) and will not give me the difference in credit, because they are at fault i should not have to go out of my way to fix this

Missing and wrong items, confusion, and a huge waste of time and energy 11/16/2016 5:18:46 PM
I didn't receive what I was supposed to and upon calling I initially couldn't get any assistance because my order couldn't be found. When it was worked out that I only got one of my two items that were noted as shipped and that that one item was the incorrect one, I was told I would receive a label to return the item and get my others reshipped. My reshipment did arrive with both of the correct items, though only one was in working condition. The other was broken from the moment I attempted to remove it from the plastic. I contacted Toysrus with pictures and a complaint and was told another reshipment would be forthcoming. A few days later I was informed that the item was not available and to expect notification of a refund within 2 to 3 days. That was 2 weeks ago. This order is a month old and I'm tired of dealing with it. I am so terribly disappointed in this situation with such a huge company that I've purchased from for many, many years. I will just wait to get anything until I can make it into the actual store.

When I received this l opened it like it was Xmas morning. But the first thing I saw was the lack of bubble wrap or air pouches. There was absolutely no impact protection what so ever >:/ For something of this nature I would have expected better packaging.
