- Returns Policy
• Customer must obtain an RMA# within the 30 days of receipt of their order
• Returned products are subject to inspection by EVERTECH staff. All parts, pieces, printed materials, promotional items, e.g. gift with purchase and any original product packaging must be returned. Returned products may not be altered, or damaged. Multiple RMA requests for the same products are subject to review by EVERTECH. We reserve the right to deny multiple refunds on products purchased and returned more than once.
• Returns that do not meet the return policy criteria will not qualify for a refund and may be returned at the customer’s expense or disposed upon request. Refund eligibility is determined once your return is received and inspected. We reserve the right to refuse a refund on any return shipment.
EvertechUSA Corp. has made every reasonable effort to help ensure the accuracy of all product information and prices on this website and will not be held responsible for typographical errors including, but not limited to product prices and specifications. All products advertised were available and current when added to the site, but are subject to manufacturer availability. Please be advised that manufacturers occasionally change prices and discontinue products.
• We are not responsible for return packages that may be lost or damaged in transit. We recommend that you choose a method of shipping with tracking and insurance.
• Please make sure that you qualify before returning your items. If you have any questions or concerns or are unclear as to whether or not you may qualify for a refund, contact EVERTECH Customer Service
• Customers pay for return shipment charges.
• Returns will be processed and approved credits issued within five business days of receipt.
1. Log onto your Newegg.com account and find your order in order history, click on 'Request RMA from Seller' Button next to the order information.
2. On 'Compose Message Page', verify the order number you want to request return on the top of the page, choose 'RMA Inquiry' from the drop down menu, provide the item# (you can find on your order invoice e-mail) and the reason you want to return, and indicate you want to return for replacement or refund before click 'send message' button.
3. Once our Customer Service Representatives receive your inquiry, it will take us 24 - 48 hours to respond to your inquiry.
4. Once our Customer Service has verified your order information and approved for you to send the merchandise back to us, you will be provided with Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number for your return through e-mail. The e-mail contains RMA number, RMA details and important return shipping instruction. Read the instruction carefully before you ship your return merchandise back to us.
5. We strongly recommend you return your item in the same or similar packaging as they were delivered to you with all the original parts, accessories and menu/documentation included (any missing parts or accessories may result your return being rejected or your refund/replacement being delayed). Re-using the package your item came in is acceptable, as long as the packaging is in good condition and all previous addresses, tracking information and labels are removed.
