Rating + 1 Terrible So Far...

Would put 0 eggs if possible, but that's not an option. I haven't received the items yet. Supposedly they shipped. However, because I couldn't get an updated on the status with the tracking information provided, I called Newegg for a status update. Newegg contacted the seller by e-mail and I was told that the seller would respond within 24 - 48 hours. It's been several days beyond the 48 hours and no word. This isn't the 1st time I have had a problem with this seller, but hopefully it will be the last. It more than likely will be since I have no interest in ordering from them again. I have suggested that Newegg stop using this seller, but I guess Newegg doesn't mind so much looking bad themselves representing this very lousy seller.

I don't know why Newegg still doing business with them?

Rating + 5 Hands down, great to deal with.

The item is exactly what I had ordered and described perfectly. Be patient with delivery, to my confusion and expectation I thought it would have arrived sooner (even though I knew it was out of country) and contacted them through email. They were gracious and offered up a solution. I should have waited a few days longer, thankfully the solution didn't need to be made (which was offering a like product). Thank you Helen! :)

With no communication and a long drawn out refund, this seller has hurt the reputation and confidence I have with Newegg . I wouldn't recommend purchasing from this vendor, nor continue to allow this person to represent Newegg. As far as the process of purchasing, tracking, and getting a refund in this case, Newegg needs to revisit this in order to alleviate the concern I have in making any more future purchases.

    1. Log onto your account and find your order in order history, click on 'Request RMA from Seller' Button next to the order information.

On 'Compose Message Page', verify the order number you want to request return on the top of the page, choose 'RMA Inquiry' from the drop down menu, provide the item# (you can find on your order invoice e-mail) and the reason you want to return, and indicate you want to return for replacement or refund before click 'send message' button.
    3. Once our Customer Service Representatives receive your inquiry, it will take us 24 - 48 hours to respond to your inquiry.

Once our Customer Service has verified your order information and approved for you to send the merchandise back to us, you will be provided with Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number for your return through e-mail.
