Rating + 2 New Frog:2 in 1 Bluetooth A2DP Transmitter 3.5mm Jack Audio Music Stereo Receiver

Customer service leaves a lot to be desired in dealing with this seller. The order I placed has now aged 30 days. At first New Frog thought the order was "lost" as no shipping information was available to them. How strange. Then that was quickly followed by an apology indicating my order was in transit. That was 20 days ago. I have yet to receive the product and I may have additional review comments after receipt (if that ever happens). So far, the customer service department, although sending cordial and polite emails, leaves a lot to be desired.

I bought a mother board tester 'PC 4-digit Code Mainboard Motherboard Diagnostic Analyzer Tester PCI Card' from NewFrog and never received. Waited an extra week and still nothing! I didn't get a phone call, Email, or a letter saying why so I went back to Newegg and requested a refund

Rating + 3 I got what I expected

Product works great, properly packaged, no issues there. shipping time was a bit too long. 5-10 business days was pretty far beyond that. I actually forgot I ordered it. The part I needed wasnt anything important but if I needed something sooner for my computer I would probably look elsewhere.

but it was cheep and simple which was nice.

I ordered a part from this seller on June 11, 2014 and didn't receive it until July 8, 2014. The company shipped one single unit from China to my home address by China Post. Talk about a slow boat to China, in this case it was from China. 27 days is not acceptable for delivery time.

Received my Arduino Ethernet shield with both bent headers and pins. Why would you mail something like that in a poorly padded envelope. Shipping time was not o bad.

Rating + 1 2.5 weeks to get wrong part

Would have given NEWFROG a zero if it were available. 4.20 for part, 5.00 for shipping - very reasonable. 10.44 to return wrong part -- no way - just going to throw it in the junk drawer

    Additional Return Requirements and Policy:

Return Instruction
    1. Log onto your account and find your order in order history, click on 'Request RMA from Seller' Button next to the order information.
    2. On 'Compose Message Page', verify the order number you want to request return on the top of the page, choose 'RMA Inquiry' from the drop down menu, provide the item# (you can find on your order invoice e-mail) and the reason you want to return, and indicate you want to return for replacement or refund before click 'send message' button.
    3. Once our Customer Service Representatives receive your inquiry, it will take us 24 - 48 hours to respond to your inquiry.
    4. Once our Customer Service has verified your order information and approved for you to send the merchandise back to us, you will be provided with Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number for your return through e-mail. The e-mail contains RMA number, RMA details and important return shipping instruction. Read the instruction carefully before you ship your return merchandise back to us.

We strongly recommend you return your item in the same or similar packaging as they were delivered to you with all the original parts, accessories and menu/documentation included (any missing parts or accessories may result your return being rejected or your refund/replacement being delayed).
