My order arrived on schedule and and as described. I ordered this laptop for my wife who had other expectations of what we would be getting. The unit was in nice condition and performed well. Seller quickly supplied an RA to send unit back. So far customer service has been very good. I would definitely recommend this seller.

The computer is a good buy however the power supply doesn't work. I submitted a repair request the day the computer was received 2 weeks ago and have heard nothing back.

Item sent did not match pictures and description. Upon pointing this out seller assured and exchange or refund could be done. Seller then had a typo on RMA form and lost the details further delaying the refund and exchange they were promising.

Requesting RMA right now, laptop in poor condition 7/22/2016 9:33:31 AM
Ordered a T420 Thinkpad, cost me $250 in total, believing it to be an A+ grade refurbishment.

Issues with Machine:
-Heavily scratch on inside and out of frame
-keystroke lag
-advertised as 4GB of RAM, received a computer with 3GB
-CPU overheating issue
-webcam dislodged in frame

I would expect a computer of this quality if I had purchased a B quality computer. I put my faith in an online purchase and spent $250 thinking it would be very high quality. I have the option to buy this same model, with better specifications for $120 from a friend of mine, will probably be going that route.

I ordered a Lenovo laptop on 06/12/2016. I booted the laptop the day I received it and found out the cooling fans were bad. I immediately requested an RMA. It took more that 2 weeks to get the RMA. I then immediately shipped the laptop back and emailed IZOOMUSA that it had been delivered . That was more than a week ago. No response.

I would not recommend this seller to other people. I originally requested a refund RMA on 25 April 2016 and still haven't received it on 3 May 2016. This delay has conveniently extended past my 30 day return window. This rating is only one star simply because the system won't allow zero.

The product was boasted as a "Heavily tested" refurbishment, claiming to rigorously test the internal components to ensure a quality product, albeit with some cosmetic damage, be shipped. I couldn't use the letters 'b' or 'n', and the battery was absolutely shot. Numerous emails with Newegg later, they keep saying they'll get in contact me, and have yet to do so.

Avoid this seller at all costs. Would rather trust Hillary with my eMails on her server, than running any PC which these people had control of. Other than that, they've got great cover in NewEgg.

The "reconditioned laptop" I received is not as described, and is defective, not "reconditioned". There is only 2GB of memory, not 3GB as in the listing. The CPU fan is inoperative, and pieces of broken plastic scattered throughout the interior of the laptop, which results in extremely high internal temperatures and extremely poor performance (apparently the CPU slows down when it overheats). Obviously this laptop wasn't tested before being sold, and probably did not go through ANY reconditioning.

Happy with the refurb Dell E6410. Well packed, the OS was installed I wasn't expecting that, AV was installed as well a the installer for Open Office. Nice not to do all that installing for a change.
A few scratches on the outside but minor and to be expected on a used laptop, 100% working hardware, and that's the main thing.

I would recommend them to a friend, and I would buy again from them.

I purchased a Dell refurbished laptop from 3rd party Zoom USA via Newegg. Upon arrival I read all of the Zoom disclaimer info and was impressed by the description of cosmetics and return shipping. Zoom stated in its cover letter that all return shipping was the responsibility of the customer. The laptop arrived with a piece of contact paper stuck to the entire top of the computer with a small cutout, poorly placed so the Dell logo would be visible. Upon starting up the computer I discovered that 8 of the characters on the keypad were not working properly. A return authorization was received after I called the 3rd party requesting it. I was informed at that time that they had sent one but their server did not allow my email address, xxxxxxx@gmx.com to pass in or out. I subsequently provided another email address and the RA was received. I returned the laptop to the cost of $17.22 in FedEx shipping. After less than a day turnaround at the Zoom shop, the item was shipped back to me. When I received it I booted it up to find that none of the non-working keys had been corrected/repaired. After a request for a new RA and not receiving it within a day or two, I placed a total of 4 contact attempts (one of them to Newegg Customer Care) over a week to obtain said RA. I finally reached Zoom by phone and the person I had spoken to for the first RA and informed him that I wanted a refund and to please provide me with one at the alternate email we had used the first time. In the course of conversation that person said at one point "this happens all the time." I chose to not respond and ended the call. I did receive that RA and again shipped the laptop back via FedEx, this time for $20.55 (for whatever reason I was charged more but did not have the receipt with me for the first shipment.) So I am out $37.77, have no laptop from Zoom and spent several hours correcting a situation. I have since purchased another laptop from Newegg but made sure that it was not coming from this 3rd party seller. It is my opinion that Newegg should not be using 3rd party sellers that refuse to pay return shipping for defective (even refurbished) hardware and should have a better system of assuring that the buyer receives immediate attention.

Quick customer service response time and overall high quality refurbished products. The Dell Latitude I ordered came with a slower CPU than I ordered with it, so I contacted customer service via e-mail and telephone and Sammy got it resolved for me. They are sending the RMA and said it would be no charge to get the correct CPU put in. I'm feeling a lot better than I was after I read the other reviews when I noticed the mix-up! Thank you ZoomUSA and Sammy for the help!!
