Didnt come with genuine Dell restore image on the hard drive
Didn't have as much memory as was listed
Had to call MS to get the license to work
Felt like they throw whatever they have in a box and send it to you.

The description did not mention that it was a refurbished or used product yet that is what was received (there was dust in the case and scuffs all over). It was supposed to have a 400g hard drive and 4 gigs of ram yet came with a 250g hard drive and 1 gig of ram. The monitor also came with a bunch of dead pixels. Unacceptable.

Received a Dell laptop from them, just not the one I had ordered. They NEVER told me about substituting what I wanted with what they had to sell.

Yes, it's refurbished so i don't expect too much. Price was great. Computer works well for the most part. BUT when I finally got around to using the DVD Player after owning it for 6 months I find it will not work. Disappointed. Initially I was excited to get a 1 year warranty but looking at the details I would need to send the thing in and that is just not worth the hassle. Everything else on the set has been very good. If that DVD player had worked this would have been great for the price.

Cutting my losses 1/5/2015 1:43:01 PM
After receiving a refurbished laptop I found it obviously had a bad battery which I verified using the BIOS diagnostic tools. After reporting it and receiving a replacement which wouldn't charge properly, I found that they had sent the incorrect power adapter with the laptop. After reporting what output was required by the computer I was sent the exact same adapter as a replacement. Then I discover that the unit was advertised as having 1 GB RAM, but it actually had 512 MB. At this point I felt enough was enough so I sent it back only to be refunded for the purchase price alone. They kept what I had paid for shipping. I'm making sure that everyone I know is aware of Front Source Tech's unethical business practices. Do yourself a favor & avoid dealing with these people at all.

We exhausted every possible option to satisfy our customer. the charger was a standard Dell 65 watt adapter and was brand new. We replaced the battery and incurred 3 additional fees. Despite offering a replacement, our service team did all possible and explained clearly the options for the inexpensive laptop. We value integrity in conduction business an feel that our staff behaved honestly and professionally.

I Bought a Dell Laptop for my kid for Christmas. It was not as the Ad said. It was not refurbished it was modified. The PC tells you as soon as you plug the power cord in that it's the wrong one and the voltage may damage the Laptop. It originally had Windows Vista but when I got it, it had Windows 7 loaded on a hard drive that still had the Vista OS on it. It was sold as having 80 gigs on the hard drive but only has 50 and only 14 of that available. Then Wifi was working but suddenly stopped and now will only connect by a USB cable. It also will not take Windows updates and says that the software will have to be registered shortly or the OS will not work. Now of course I have to either toss it and lose the 160 I spent or spend even more to get it right.

We will replace this computer for the customer as this was not intended and had we been contacted right away, we would have immediately replace and or repaired any defective components.

I ordered a Dell Latitude D510 Laptop, 2g memory, 60g hard drive, Windows XP Professional, DVD-ROM Item #9SIA4EK2CA3916.

I recieved a Dell D610 with only 1GB of ram instead of 2, and a 14.1" screen instead of the 15.4 screen noted under the Specifications tab at newegg. My fault I guess for not reading the seller reviews before buying. This seems to be a common problem with these people. Lousy QC!

Will not hassle with returning the unit. I will sell it for what I have in it and move on. Front Source, You had your chance and blew it. Will not buy from you again.

We gave the customer great free upgrade to the D610 which has a much faster processor and is a much more powerful and faster computer. We always tryto give the best product for no added charge when we can and we will inform the customer of the specs.

The computer arrived quicker than expected, popped the cover and squeaky clean. Everything was as advertised except I got a pleasant surprise, the advertised dvd rom was a burner and the 32 bit win 7 was win 7 pro 64 bit. I also got a call from a Front Source rep asking if I was satisfied with the system reminded of the 90 day warranty
don't hesitate to call with any problems. .

Unexpected awesome follow up! 12/22/2014 5:03:30 PM
I just had to buy a DMS-59 to VGA adapter and thought nothing much of it, it came the mail a few days afer I ordered it and worked!

A month later or so around the December Holiday time, I was caught off guard when I got a phone call from one of their representatives. They wanted to see how the product I bought from them was doing, and that everything met my standards.

I thought this was very cool that they called to follow up with me, even over a $9(USD) purchase.

This is the second refurb Dell I've gotten from Front Source. The unit had a very minor scuff on the case, but other than that was cosmetically new. Functionally, it was perfect. A clean install of the OS with Office suite. Even received a follow-up call to make sure I was happy with the unit. Now THAT is customer service! Pro-actively reaching out after shipping a 1st quality refurb shows a top notch organization. This was a personal purchase, but as IT Director for a law firm, I'm going to be recommending Front Source based on both the quality of the equipment and the excellent customer service.

I bought a Dell D510 Laptop Microsoft Windows 7 Pentium M 1.6 GHz 2 GB 60 GB Wireless.

Received a Dell 510 with windows xp, 512mb ram and 40gb hd. Broken and dirty case but the battery held a charge!

Shipping was some of the worst Ive ever seen from any company ever, it was just one strip of the linked packing bubble bags around the unit in too large of a box. I have no idea how this showed up working.

I read the reviews and was expecting it to go south but compared to most of the honest reviews here I actually got a working battery so thats a huge plus. I had parts on hand from older laptops to upgrade the things it was missing.

It's been almost a MONTH since I placed my order and I still do not have my laptop.
I received the 1st one timely enough, but it had XP on it instead of the advertised Windows 7. They received my return on 11/25/14. It is now 12/7. Now I'd just like a refund.

The laptop was supposed to come with windows 7 but when I turned it on it was windows xp not 7. It wont read some usb devices like a mouse. Also it wont connect to broadband internet only dial up or wireless. I bought this to replace my moms broken lap top until we can afford a brand new laptop but it works worse then her broken one.

Ordered a shell shocker deal from them because what was advertised was a good price. When following up on my order after a week with no shipping info or updates from them I was told they were having delays due to the number of orders and my product would ship that day. Received the product soon after that but it was a total DOA. Returned and received the replacement quickly, but it was an older unit with lower specs than what was advertised. Called to get that replaced again and they were out of stock of the unit I had ordered and said it could be several weeks before they got them back in stock. I elected to wait, but after several weeks still no update from them. Called back in and there was no record in their systems that I wanted the older unit replaced with the proper one. Finally got the replacement and it was what I had ordered. I'm satisfied that I finally got what I had ordered but it was too much work. They are polite but I will not be buying from this company again.

The box arrived with no damage. The computer case was wrapped very well with bubble wrap, but upon unwrapping it the case was damaged...literally coming apart. The excellent condition of the box and bubble wrap is evidence that it was wrapped up and boxed in its damaged condition. The advertised restore disk was also not there. Front Source did respond promptly and emailed me a return label. All I had to return was the tower. The replacement tower they sent had some cosmetic wear, but it was not damaged. It did boot and setup normally. The restore disk was made by Dell or Microsoft...it was clearly made (burned) by Front Source. Had the tower been damaged in transit that would be different, but it was wrapped and packaged in a clearly damaged condition. They did make good on it, but something that could have very easily been avoided caused a delay of several days.

i recently purchased, DELL OptiPlex GX620 Slim PC Pentium 4, 4GB ram, 80GB HDD, DVD Windows 7 Home Premium. what i got was, Windows 7 Professional and 3GB ram.

If i had wanted W7 Professional and 3GB of ram, i would have looked for that. i didn't get what i paid for. it's not right.

i wished i had read the reviews on this company before i bought this item. too many people are complaining about the same thing. i was hoping my experience would be different. it wasn't.
