Worst customer service I've ever had 1/13/2017 10:55:57 AM
I decided to return a monitor I bought from them b/c it wasn't exactly what I was looking for. After days of emailing them requesting a return, they finally caved and gave me a return slip, but no RMA number. After that they never replied to a single email.

Not only did the return slip have the wrong address on it, but after weeks of UPS retrying the wrong address then finally delivering it to the correct one MNW Global denied that they had received the monitor back. I had to spend 12+ hours talking to customer reps at Newegg, UPS, the BBB, and even the FTC to finally get my order refunded. 12 HOURS.

So if you plan on ever buying anything from MNW Global make sure you have no plans on ever replacing or returning the item b/c you're going to spend several hours and have multiple headaches dealing with these people who have 0 care for their customers.

Item description states it has One Display Port, however, the item has no Display Port, only HDMI, DVI-D and VGA. While very disappointing that it doesn't have a DP (My video card kas 3 DP slots available and only a single DVI-D) the monitor works well enough using DVI-D.

Return fees are way too high for unopened items. No leeway at Christmas time for returns. It cost over 1/4 the cost of the monitor to return it. I was bought the wrong monitor as a gift and they make you feel for doing a simple return. It is very hard to communicate with them through email since it seems like a different person every email you get. I would near about come to a resolution and someone new comes in on the next email and Jacks the price right back up. It has been 2 weeks now and the issue is still not resolved.

Excellent 4K display for my pc and my photo/video purposes. 12/13/2016 4:05:54 PM
(1) Fast shipping.
(2) Well packed package.
(3) No dead pixel.
(4) Dell Vostro 460 w i7/8GB memory/1TB HD/Upgraded original NVIDIA graphic card to PNY Nvidia Quadro K620
(5) Use Display port to Display port and DVI to HDMI, both native 4K support. Since fonts look too small in 4K mode in Windows 7 Ultimate version, so I switch to 2K.
(6) Photos from Nikon D800 raw files look stunning good and fast enough to process raw files.
(7) Video from Sony 4K camcorder also looks jaw dropping clear.

Highly recommendation for this Display.

Broken monitor , UPS nightmare 11/22/2016 4:00:16 PM
Broken monitor on arrive by UPS.
UPS took 2weeks to finally come and pick up the broken monitor and they also aren't communicating with vendor.
slow one email per day support and they have concluded only to give me a full refund and not a full replacement.
1 star because its a full refund, 0 if it was not a full refund.

Monitor came on time, but had a couple broken pixels, but I can't return it because there's less than 5 of them broken. It's a really bad policy to have honestly. I guess I should've looked into this more before I bought it.

Bought the 32" Qnix Real 4k monitor and the shipping was just crazy. It was supposed to arrive Saturday I think it was but it ended up getting to my house on the Friday before. So MNW Global really has their stuff together. If I see this seller listing something I happen to need I will definitely buy from them. It is nice to know that this is a company that can be trusted in this day and age where tons of companies just want to get that money in their pocket and then worry whether you eventually get your product. The monitor I received was perfect too. No dead pixels, packaged well and delivered BEFORE scheduled delivery date. Just awesome!!

I have used this seller 3 times. The first two were wonderful. The last time was the worst. If your product arrives working, then you are fine. If not, you will receive a deluge of emails explaining how you need to accept broken equipment for a small discount. You might get a total of a $100 dollar discount on a $800+ dollar monitor if the panel is broken and a quarter of the display is not usable. They whine and cry about how hard it is for them to get UPS to pay them, and then work hard to get you to take a discount with a bunch of sobbing. From looking at their reviews, this is becoming an increasingly frequent problem. It could cost you up to $500 to ship the monitor back for warranty service. If you can get them to answer the phone, they are rude. All communication has to happen in the middle of the night because the company is in Korea. So if you do not stay up late for the email or to call them, the process creeps along as you have a day delay between exchanges. They delay shipping replacement products using the excuse of trying to work with UPS to ensure safe arrival. I worked with the company to give them the benefit of the doubt, and even ordered replacement monitors while I awaited the UPS investigation and refund process to be sorted out. In the end, the seller refused to ship that product in a timely manner. You will love the seller if all goes right. If it doesn't, you will be in for a frustrating and expensive experience. If you don't have hundreds of dollars to pay for return shipping you could end up with a big, expensive paperweight. This is a terrible seller for support and service when things go anything less than perfectly. i took the change because they had come through in the past - you should learn from my and others' frustration that the days of this seller to be able to deliver an intact product that functions for the entirety of the warrantied period are gone. Now - it feels like a total scam. Steer clear!

FAST: I placed the order on a Tuesday, and had it in my hands in under 48 hours!
Reliable: This is the second monitor I purchased from them and it arrived fast, undamaged, all for a great price. I have had no reason to contact customer service (a good thing) so I can not speak about that. The product is exactly as described and had no dead pixels (I did not spend the extra money for a pixel perfect monitor).
If I need another monitor, I will only buy from MNW Global!

After plugging the monitor in for the first time I noticed a glaring, bright green pixel located at the top left hand corner of the screen. I contacted the seller of this product for a return but they stated it would be "very difficult" to return because of their policy that does not allow returns on monitors that have (check this) less than five broken pixels. This is without me even addressing the broken English and hard to read email of SNPBIZ's stellar customer service team sent. Anyway, as a gamer who mostly plays Elite Dangerous, this is not acceptable. I escalated the issue to Newegg's customer service team who looked into the issue for over a week. They couldn't get a response from the seller. In the meantime, the screen got worse with an additional bright green broken pixel, this time closer to the center of the screen. A day later, I noticed some heavy screen tearing on the bottom half of the screen.

After two weeks of several emails and phone calls, Newegg provided me with no alternative options. At this point I'm furious and the seller still wouldn't take the screen back. So I had to pay out of my own pocket to send this piece of garbage back to Newegg and had my credit card company cancel the charge.

After eight years of loyalty to Newegg, this is the last item I order from them. Terrible customer service and a terrible return policy. Stay away from this piece of junk and horrific company. Spend a few more bucks and get an AOC or ACER monitor.

Stopped responding about a DOA monitor. As per customer support's recommendations I many hours trying it on multiple computers with different video cards. It will make an excellent wheel chock that I'll use while changing the oil in my car.

Newegg needs to remove this "partner" from their store until their customer support and return policies are corrected.

The monitor arrived with a broken backlight. Here is the sequence of events that followed:

1) I contacted the seller for a refund, explaining that it was broken. The seller requested I send pictures, which I did

2) The seller accused me of breaking the item and said it is ineligible for a refund, despite the fact the wrapping was still on the monitor and the packing box was in the background

3) I reiterated that the item arrived broken and they were compelled to offer a refund.

4) They offered me a $40 refund but no return.

5) I replied this was unsatisfactory and I wanted a shipping label

6) They offered me $80, and said if they found out I broke the item (which they had already accused me of) I would pay shipping and a 15% restocking fee.

7) I asked for the 4th time for a shipping label to return the item

8) They replied with an offer for a $100 refund, but thankfully included a shipping label this time. I sent it back immediately.

9) 10 days later I received a refund, finally.

Just PRAY your item doesn't arrive faulty. It seems to happen a lot, judging from the other reviews.

Bought a QNIX monitor that came damaged on day 1 (dark spot on top left corner of the monitor). I took pictures and recorded a video and sent the monitor back throgh RMA. They said the monitor was fine and reimbursed me its price minus 100$ for shipping. I am 100% sure that the monitor was damaged.

I wouldn't recommend this seller. In my experience the Product broke 4 days after the 30 day warranty, and they only offered partial refunds covering a small percentage of the actual cost of the item. The Monitor I ordered had the back light break so that a portion of the screen is dark. I have reached out to Newegg to let them know that the product does not match the description, and they are selling inferior products.

Do not buy from this company. If you have a problem with what you buy, they will not stand behind there product. I bought a monitor that did not work and they not only dragged their feet to send me a return label, they refused to acknowledge that failure with the device and charged me more that half of my original cost in restocking and return shipping fees. I have never felt as ripped off by a online retailer as I have with this company. Spare your self the head ach and stay away.
