- Returns Policy
(1) All returned items must be received within 7 days after the RMA number was issued. RMA number will not be valid after 7 days from the day it was issued. If item returned for replacement was not returned within 7 days, we do not gaurantee the item availability for replacement.
(2) All returned items must be in brand new or like new condition with original packaging. Absolutely no damages or scratches, no software modification.
(3) We keep record of device unique IMEI numbers or serial numbers, if return item IMEI / Serial number does not match our record or in the event we are unable to ID the number due to the software modification, the return item will be deemed ineligible for return or exchange, item will be returned to you.
(4) Manufacturer defective item can be returned for exchange the same model only.
(5) Return for refund due to any other reasons and the item is in brand new or like new condition with complete package, including all the accessories and packaging will be refunded less any shipping charges and a restocking fee of 15%.
(6) Brand new or like new conditions which means all the packaging including packaging for the accessories cannot be opened or used; screen protector must still be intact and cannot show signs of wear. No signs of wear on any parts of the phone and phone box cannot be torn or show tears.
(7) In the event that you do receive a product that is defective, you will still be responsible for any return shipping costs.
(8) Please let us know before purchase if you need the item to be delivered on or before a certain period or an exactly day. If you need us to rush your order, please pay for a faster shipping and email us before purchase. In the event, the item was returned or rejected because the delivery cannot reach you in time without advance notice from you before the purchase, both way shipping charges will be applied.
(9) You are responsible to inspect the item condition upon arrival, if you do not report any problems within two business days upon the receive of the item, no report will be accepted afterward.
(10) If you are looking for a specific language, let us know on your order or before your purchase, if you do not give notice and you want to return the phone due to the language issue, a 15% restocking and original shipping will be applied.

1. Log onto your Newegg.com account and find your order in order history, click on 'Request RMA from Seller' Button next to the order information.
2. On 'Compose Message Page', verify the order number you want to request return on the top of the page, choose 'RMA Inquiry' from the drop down menu, provide the item# (you can find on your order invoice e-mail) and the reason you want to return, and indicate you want to return for replacement or refund before click 'send message' button.
3. Once our Customer Service Representatives receive your inquiry, it will take us 24 - 48 hours to respond to your inquiry.
4. Once our Customer Service has verified your order information and approved for you to send the merchandise back to us, you will be provided with Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number for your return through e-mail. The e-mail contains RMA number, RMA details and important return shipping instruction. Read the instruction carefully before you ship your return merchandise back to us.
5. We strongly recommend you return your item in the same or similar packaging as they were delivered to you with all the original parts, accessories and menu/documentation included (any missing parts or accessories may result your return being rejected or your refund/replacement being delayed). Re-using the package your item came in is acceptable, as long as the packaging is in good condition and all previous addresses, tracking information and labels are removed.
