We are Newegg Premier Sellers. We restore previously owned electronics such as laptops and handhelds back to their original fully functional condition. We test all components and perform a fresh installation of the operating system and primary drivers. Any listed additional software will also be freshly installed. The original battery is typically included therefore we can not guarantee the charge time. A power cord will also be included. These devices will typically have slight signs of wear but they will be cosmetic only and will not affect functionality, and we will not allow a return "only for cosmetic reasons". We guarantee that all primary components will be working normally out of the box.

Any device that arrives at your location with a defect must be reported to us within 5 days of it's receipt. We will than offer you the option of a return with a full refund or a replacement. We will pay for return shipping. The unit must be returnd in the condition in which we shipped it. If you add or upgrade any software including the operating system you may void our warranty if we discover you have not done so correctly.We reserve the rite to charge a 15% re-stocking fee on all items that are found to have been tampered with or that are returned with alterations or modifications that we did not authorize.

Hardware defects that occur during the first 30 days are covered by our standard repair or replace warranty. Batteries are not covered by this warranty. We will either repair your unit or ship you a replacement of equal or greater value. This warranty does not cover software that we did not include, or viruses.

We will not warranty any device that has been shipped outside of the continental USA. Any devices shipped to a third party will only be covered by a repair or replace warranty that begins when the purchasing party originally takes delivery.

Our feedback rating is very important to us so please give us at least two weeks to resolve any issue you have prior to leaving a comment. Traditionally this is the length of time that is afforded to online sellers when something needs to be addressed. We have recently had some very unfair comments that were posted without granting us adequate "business time" to respond. We take great pride in solving all customer issues fairly. The product I received was in fine condition with no defects. Unfortunately it was bought as a gift and ended up being a double. I was worried about being able to return it because the lack of a problem with the actual computer. The seller was very reassuring and kind. Gave me the shipping information without a hassle.

I was recommended to purchase this item from NewEgg by our computer-helper friend who uses you frequently. It was received in good time, and seems to function properly, although I badly injured one of my hands shortly before receiving it, and have not yet given it "a good run".

Purchased laptop with Microsoft Office. Office wasn't pre-installed but was mailed separately on DVD disk. This hasn't arrived yet but the vendor has mailed a second disk. The vendor has been very helpful in attempting to resolve this issue.

Will NOT recommend.
Ordered laptop on the first. They are in Lithonia and I am in Athens. 1 hour away.
The 2nd I received an e-mail saying it shipped.
However when I clicked on it I got nothing.
I e-mailed them through the marketplace per instructions several times.
I also left a message.
Got NewEgg on a chat for 2 hours.

I am VERY disappointed in NewEgg for not "Vetting" 3rd party sellers.
This is a JOKE. The fake "business" website lol http://valuetechnology.net/home
Now we have a very irate client and I have lost major faith in NewEgg.
Not a single reply, response etc from seller.
Appears to have taken my $ and vanished. I feel scammed by both NewEgg for FAILURE to do due diligence and researching the vendor before being allowed to sell to their clients, and AtlantaElectronics as well for apparently planning on keeping my $ and not responding at ALL or shipping the product.

He also went to work and discovered the Owners personal home address and published it.. NEWEGG MUST REMOVE THIS COMMENT PROMPTLY for personal security risks.

We spoke to this customer on the phone earlier today.. We returned his missed call. He said he already left a damaging feedback because WE DID NOT respond fast enough to his tracking request. At which point we sent him tracking that showed OUT FOR DELIVERY TODAY! He actually got the laptop 1/2 hour later. USPS tracking of 9405503699300440406492 same date as this feedback shows he has now refused delivery of the laptop.. WE SHIPPED IT ON TIME AND IT ARRIVED ON TIME.

This customer did have a rite to a tracking number. We are not denying that. However as we explained to him, we missed his e-mail request but WEdid ship on time.. We stayed on the phone with him while he confirmed the tracking to be sure he saw OUT FOR DELIVERY TODAY. He was still frustrated over lost time (understandable) however we offered a sincere apology and ultimately parted in a friendly manner. I hope he will revise or remove this comment quickly

Finally we are Newegg Premier Sellers and have in fact been VETTED. We are Atlanta Electronics LLC There is another company in Atlanta that has the same name and it is NOT US (NOT LLC) but they will show up on a google search.. We partner and operate 3 warehouses throughout the USA (one in the Atlanta Georgia Area and by no means do we sell out of a house. THE COMPANY is registered using a personal address for mailing purposes but is NOT located at the address he has stated).

I placed an order for a Dell Precision M6500 Laptop Computer, and within a few hours I got an email offering an upgrade on the processor, slightly smaller HD, but for me that wasnt a big deal. I plan to use this laptop for photo editing so the fast the better so this is perfect for me.

When I purchased this laptop the seller quickly emailed me saying the video card listed wasn't available and if it was okay to substitute for a different one? I agreed as it didn't really matter to me for what I would be using the laptop for. I appreciate them contacting me instead of switching it out without me knowing. However, they did send me a completely different laptop, i.e. a better CPU (i7-2860QM v. i7 2620M, smaller hard drive (320Gb v 500 Gb), nVidia Quatro 1000M v. ATI FirePro M5950. The overall condition of the laptop looks very good. Windows booted up without any problems, the display doesn't have any dead pixels and the battery seems to hold a charge. So far, no problems.

The Value of an i7 2860QM which is a true quad core laptop processor vs the Dual Core i7 2620m originially ordered greatly offsets the difference in storage space and is a far more valuable long term upgrade. We are glad you pointed this out and again... Thanks for the great review.
