I received the battery in under a week, with standard shipping. The battery appeared to be the same as the OEM one I was using. Charged up fast and has been working since. Can't ask for much more than that!

I never received the product ordered. I had to call several times and finally requested for a refund. The shipment noted in my state and then in a different state. Never received item. Poor.. poor .. poor.. no message was sent from the seller to explain what was occurring. Never ordering again with this seller.

The batteries I bought for replacement of my phone held a charge for less than the original one I've had for 2 years. The batteries are completely dead after 5 hours. I emailed the company with no response. I contacted Newegg who contacted them with no response. I contacted Newegg AGAIN and now they say they will contact them again. A total waste of time and money. DO NOT BUY FROM THE PHONE CELLAR.

Product was advertised as "Refurbished" but arrived in the condition of a "Used" product. Unit was in a beat up original box , had scuff marks on it and the user manual was used. Unit works well and cost approximately $20 less than from Apple.

The only positive I can say is that the company communicated to me very quickly. Had they shipped this product on time( 5 - 7 days) I would be enjoying my new router by now. I ordered this on August 15th. It is now August 25th and according to my tracking number, my item was still across the country as of last night. The only communication I received was that they apologized for the shipping delay. After that apology, it still took them 6 days to ship it. 6 days!!

UPS had an estimated delivery of the 25th, but now there is no date, which means more than likely I will not get my item until Saturday, August 27th or possibly Monday the 29th. That is absurd. I understand that my shipping was free, but I have never had to wait for a product from a third party supplier this long. I have received Items from China faster than with this company. I don't even have my product yet and when I do, I may re-edit this, however at this point, I am so upset. Do yourself a favor. If you have a chance between buying a refurbished Apple product from here or from Apple, just buy it from Apple. Shipping was free there as well, but they guaranteed two day delivery. Time matters in todays world and to wait more than two weeks for an item is completely inexcusable and unacceptable. I enjoy buying and supporting third party sellers. I am all about the little guy, but this is the worst experience I have had with any company.

Creating a UPS shipping label but not giving the UPS the goods is very untrustworthy way of doing business,,,It makes me wonder why should I trust Newegg if they are partnering with the phone cellar.

Sent the wrong items and made no effort to get me the right ones. They were listed as 5' cables and they sent me 3' cables I had to go out of my way to get a prepaid return shipping label. Still waiting for newegg to sort this out and get me what I ordered.
This type of business transaction is supposed to be smooth and painless. I have wasted a lot of time on this $10 deal, including this review.

Apple TV. Seller product description state "New". When I received the product it was an open box item without the shrink wrap. Upon closer inspection of the device, it was obviously used - smudge marks on the product. Sent email to seller. Zero reply. Buyers beware.

I bought 5 of NEW OEM ORIGINAL SAMSUNG WHITE 5 FT MICRO USB CHARGING SYNC CABLE from this seller. When I got them they were only 3 feet long. After putting up with a month long hassle of getting an RMA number and mailing them back at my expense they say they never got them and I have not gotten a refund.

Product not as described. Doesn't not fit Iphone 5s. Plug in would have to be forced in order to fit the phone.

Instead of the 5ft Samsung cable featured, I was sent a 3ft knock-off from Taiwan. THIS IS LITERALLY NONE OF THE THINGS I WANTED.

Purchased battery for my 85 year old father who lives in another state. Per person who tried to insert the battery into my father's cell phone, the battery would not fit into the phone and looked like it had been hit with a hammer. I paid for the battery and two day shipping and then had to go out and purchase another battery and pay for expedited shipping. Not requesting refund because it is not worth the hassle to return. Will not purchase from this vendor ever again!
