- Returns Policy
If you are not satisfied with a product within the first 30 calendar days from the date of receipt and there is no defect with the product:
GSM Nation will offer a refund* provided that the product is in brand new condition** (sellable as brand new) and contains all instruction books, cords, accessories, and any other items that were originally included with the product. All merchandise is visually inspected upon receipt for signs of wear and tear prior to the issuance of any refunds, exchanges or credits. A 15% restocking fee will apply.
GSM Nation will charge an additional 10% restocking fee if the product is missing instruction books, original box, or software CDs. Missing cords, accessories, or any other items that were originally included with the product will be charged separately at market price.
If the product is not in acceptable return condition*** GSM Nation will refuse to accept the return and will not authorize any refunds. No phone with a talk time greater than 30 minutes will be accepted.
No returns will be accepted after 30 calendar days from receipt date. There are no exceptions.
*Upon receipt and acceptance of your return, GSM Nation will refund your purchase price, minus shipping, handling, gift packaging, applicable restocking fees and/or any other charges. GSM Nation is not responsible for shipping charges on returns.
**Brand new condition means that there are no scratches, marks, or blemishes and the talk time of the phone is under 30 minutes.
*** GSM Nation reserves the right to classify the condition of any product. A not acceptable return condition is for a phone with scratches, marks, or blemishes or phone talk time over 30 minutes.
Package refusal, return of sealed packages and cancellations after shipment.
GSM Nation reserves the right to charge shipping fees in the event that an order is cancelled, the device returned or the package refused by the customer after the device has been shipped. A 10 dollar surcharge will also be applied before a refund is processed for refused packages or packages redirected before delivery back to GSM Nation.
1. Log onto your Newegg.com account and find your order in order history, click on 'Request RMA from Seller' Button next to the order information.
2. On 'Compose Message Page', verify the order number you want to request return on the top of the page, choose 'RMA Inquiry' from the drop down menu, provide the item# (you can find on your order invoice e-mail) and the reason you want to return, and indicate you want to return for replacement or refund before click 'send message' button.
3. Once our Customer Service Representatives receive your inquiry, it will take us 24 - 48 hours to respond to your inquiry.
4. Once our Customer Service has verified your order information and approved for you to send the merchandise back to us, you will be provided with Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number for your return through e-mail. The e-mail contains RMA number, RMA details and important return shipping instruction. Read the instruction carefully before you ship your return merchandise back to us.
5. We strongly recommend you return your item in the same or similar packaging as they were delivered to you with all the original parts, accessories and menu/documentation included (any missing parts or accessories may result your return being rejected or your refund/replacement being delayed). Re-using the package your item came in is acceptable, as long as the packaging is in good condition and all previous addresses, tracking information and labels are removed.
