Though the company was very quick in responding and helpful, I cannot give five stars due to the lack of instructions for the games that came with my product. I would imagine that most people do not read the tiny print on the shipping label, I certainly would not have guessed that my game keys were there. Also, the instructions to redeem the games were vague; "Go to GeForce.com." You actually have to go to GeForce.com/redeem otherwise it is like trying to find a needle in a hay stack on GeForce's website. The codes will not work on GeForce experience so don't go there. Other than that, they were great so 4 eggs.

Great with customer service. They were quick to answer any questions that I had.

The only thing I wish would change is tracking a package, it didn't really keep me updated as well as I would've liked after they started the shipping process.

Deliver and Customer Service 3/18/2017 6:51:00 AM
The delivery for my order, laptop computer, was shipped via Fed Ex. The delivery policy of the seller was a signed signature in order for delivery to occur. The time of the delivery window was 8:00-4:00. The Seller Customer service was unyielding in working with us to narrow the delivery window. Nor was Customer Service willing to approve a request by us to pick up the laptop at the local Fed Ex center. We altered our schedules to have someone at home for the 8 hours to wait for delivery. In this day, the inflexibility of the delivery window and alternatives for delivering the product was disappointing. Clearly, the focus of the Seller was on revenue, not the customer experience. I will be hesitant to purchase from this seller again

The delivery window is set by carrier, not by seller. For standard ground shipping, we cannot instruct the carrier to deliver the package within certain time frame. For most carrier, the process time to change delivery option takes up to 48 hours. The package was already delivered by the time the carrier instruct the driver to withhold the package at facility.

The computer was delivered on time. It was boxed in a manner that properly protected it. It was easy to boot up the first time. I do dislike the bloat ware that keeps popping up annoying advertisements about services I don't need and could easily locate and install if I felt that I did need them.

Product Post was for BRAND NEW But instead got a REFURBISHED LAPTOP 2/1/2017 12:03:20 PM
This was my first purchase on Newegg and I am regretting it already.

I dont know whose fault was it Neweggs or seller's but I purchased "Per The Product Posting on New Egg" a BRAND NEW 1200 dollar laptop and paid in full for it but when i received it the box Read REFURBISHED.

Had to reach out to New egg and then to the seller for the return.
I AM GLAD RETURN IS ALWAYS AN OPTION.

Not sure HOW CAN I TRUST NEWEGG AGAIN, when they even don't know who was at fault and why such posts are still on their website.

Seller said that its Neweggs fault as they posted it incorrectly.

Customers are the facetious here hanging between the two parties, buying and returning products.

Unsatisfied completely.

wanted the item shipped to my work address. Order was cancelled due to CHASE VISA throwing a fit. Communication from New egg was confusing and difficult which is why I gave 3 eggs. Maybe 4 eggs would be more fair....But this was a gift for someone... I should have started this process earlier, but would have been fine had things gone as planned.

Received item trashed and got a significant restocking fee to return 1/24/2017 11:24:37 AM
I bought a refurbished HP Spectre x360. Refurbished on Newegg usually means like new quality not in original packaging. This laptop arrived in perfect Newegg packaging, when I opened the box it looked like the computer had been slid across the highway. It was heavily scratched and dented all over the beautiful top of the best looking laptops out right now (IMHO). I contacted customer support and they offered me a $10 discount or to return the item. I chose to return the computer and without being told I was hit with a huge restocking fee! I have contacted Newegg and they can't do anything because it is a Marketplace supplier and the supplier hasn't responded to a request to waive the restocking fee. I understand if I ordered to computer and decided I didn't like it but I love the computer it just looked like it had been in a war zone. If that were in the description I would at least have known what I was getting. That is not what refurbished generally means. I have been with Newegg for many years but I think this is my last transaction with them.

No hassle for return, full refund issued. 1/23/2017 12:14:42 PM
I ordered a laptop but had to request a return/refund shortly after ordering due to changing personal needs. I shipped it back to them unopened and was issued a full refund including for an extended warranty. FYI if you buy an extended warranty Newegg's RMA might say to ship it back to them for refund. You don't actually have to do anything, the refund will be automatically approved, you just have to give it time. I hadn't actually gone to the warranty provider's website to "log-in" yet, so you may want to hold off on that if you think you may need a return.

Not very impressed with my first computer purchase using Newegg. 1/20/2017 10:06:14 AM
I am not feeling very impressed with how from purchase to delivery was conducted. I made the purchase 4 days befor Christmas, I didn't expect the seller to drop everything and hand deliver. The problem came when I had to sit at my computer for over a hour and a half to wait on customer service 9 days after the purchase to inquire about the location or status of the computer. The game promotions were delivered with no URL's because the seller didn't want my ISP to remove them from the email. A follow up email would have made a huge improvement due to previous issue of shipping the computer.

So, the laptop I got from them is great. The price was right. It came with a game pad. The game pad, I thought was DOA, because I had never used one with a computer before, and was following a couple of videos for this specific game pad. I couldn't get it to work, though it was connecting. Called Asus, they shipped me to 4 departments, none of whom claimed this game pad as part of their department. They said it sounded like DOA, and to contact Newegg. Newegg contacted the seller and asked for an RMA. While waiting for a reply, got to trying other things and got it working. Mobile advance did respond, the next day and offered an RMA for the gamepad separately, as it was a bundled package. I didn't need it, and replied as such.

First, I thought I was buying my expensive new computer from NewEgg: Apparently not. Second, the unit arrived with a physical defect (speakers not working) and Mobile Advance refused to pay for return shipping. Why should I have to pay to return a defective unit? BTW: I did update all of the drivers and I did all the Windows updates, but it didn't make a difference. The right speaker and the bass speaker don't work.
Also - when I opened the box I didn't see the usual "new" computer items in it, and the power supply and cord were not in plastic. When I tried to register, I was told the unit was already registered to someone else!
NewEgg was not able to help with this although they strung me along for a couple of weeks promising that they would. A premium laptop at this price should not be defective!

We understand that defect does sometimes occur. Therefore we have 30 day return period in place to protect buyers from potential defect that may or may not be apparent when the product was unboxed.

I would highly recommend this seller. Buy with confidence.
The gaming bundle I bought was 100 dollars cheaper a week later, and were missing the digital codes initially. I emailed the seller about price matching the new sale and inquired about my digital codes and the seller promptly replied (~1 day, and it was over the weekend) with the digital codes and an invoice of the 100 dollar refund. In addition, they retroactively gave me Watch Dogs 2, which wasn't in the original bundle when I bought it. Needless to say, 100 dollars off and an additional free game made me very happy. Shipping was on time, product was exactly as it was described, customer service, dare I say, was at least on par with Newegg. Excellent product, excellent service, excellent seller, happy customer.
