We offer a 60 day return period on all items sold on NewEgg. If items are being returned to a defect we will also cover the return shipping costs as well. If items are being returned for reasons other than defects the return shipping is paid by the buyer.
MOST items we sell on NewEgg also come with a 1 year warranty. (Not all items come with this warranty however so please check the items listing for this warranty information). If an item fails to perform it's duties within a year of purchase please contact us for return instructions. Once the item is returned we will replace it at no furhter cost to the buyer. Return shipping on warranty claims are paid by the buyer. The warranties never cover failure due to abuse, neglect or use of the device for something other than it's intended purpose. The warranty only cover the item purchased and is limited to the original cost of the item.
Our standard shipping option will utilize the cheapest shipping method availabe for the item ordered (normally USPS First Class Mail). In most cases the standard shipping will take approximately 3-7 business days to arrive to any US location. For an additional fee based on the weight of the item you may upgrade the shipping method to USPS Priority Mail which take anywhere from 2-3 days to arrive to US based destinations. For an additional fee on top of that for Priority Mail we do offer a shipping upgrade to USPS Express Mail. USPS Express Mail is delivered to MOST all US locations within 1 business day with some remote locations taking up to 2 business days for delivery such as locations in Alaska, Guam, Hawaii & Very rural mainland areas. If you want to verify the delivery/shipping date for a particular shipping option or are in urgent need of an item by a guaranteed date please contact us directly so we can guarantee the delivery date for you.
We ship orders every day of the week (M-F) except for weekends and federal holidays for which the United States Post Office is closed.
In no cases will we ship items by UPS, FedEx or DHL. We are unable to use these services at this time

- Returns Policy
Items may be returned within 60 days of purchase for a full refund with return shipping being paid by the buyer. If the item is defective we will also cover return shipping up to the cost of our original shipping of the item to the customer. Return shipping of a defective item via a more expensive delivery method than the item was shipped to the buyer with will be at the cost of the buyer.
1. Log onto your Newegg.com account and find your order in order history, click on 'Request RMA from Seller' Button next to the order information.
2. On 'Compose Message Page', verify the order number you want to request return on the top of the page, choose 'RMA Inquiry' from the drop down menu, provide the item# (you can find on your order invoice e-mail) and the reason you want to return, and indicate you want to return for replacement or refund before click 'send message' button.
3. Once our Customer Service Representatives receive your inquiry, it will take us 24 - 48 hours to respond to your inquiry.
4. Once our Customer Service has verified your order information and approved for you to send the merchandise back to us, you will be provided with Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number for your return through e-mail. The e-mail contains RMA number, RMA details and important return shipping instruction. Read the instruction carefully before you ship your return merchandise back to us.
5. We strongly recommend you return your item in the same or similar packaging as they were delivered to you with all the original parts, accessories and menu/documentation included (any missing parts or accessories may result your return being rejected or your refund/replacement being delayed). Re-using the package your item came in is acceptable, as long as the packaging is in good condition and all previous addresses, tracking information and labels are removed.
