I ordered this refurbished Nexus 7 because the tablet I ordered from one of your competitors was lost by their cut-rate shipper. It was actually a new tablet and it arrived a couple of days earlier than I expected. The price was fair. I am very happy with this transaction and plan to ship here again soon. Thank you Newegg!

The item I bought that shipped from this seller turns out to only have half the amount of storage that is advertised on your site. This was a gift, and I did not find out from the person until today that this was the case. It seems to me that this company intentionally sent me an item that was not as advertised. At this point, most likely nothing can be done about the situation, but this is the sort of thing that makes me not want to do any business with them in the future, and makes me have to take pause before ording from Newegg again. Newegg needs to ensure that companies they outsource with are reputable and not trying to take advantage of consumers.

I purchased a Nexus 7 and the charging plug was missing. Contacted Newegg and the CS rep offered to contact the market seller....she did via email...no plug arrived...I had a plug from my previous Nexus and had to be content to use it or send back the Nexus altogether. Not happy.
This is the first time I ever had a problem.

Shipping was on time, but I would have liked more packaging material. The nexus's box was in full contact with 3 of the outer-boxes walls, and oriented such that the tablet did not have a buffer of peanuts between it's nexus box wall and the outer wall. It is sturdy cardboard, but it is still cardboard.

Product was 100% functional and without any signs of wear.

Box and manual was primarily non-English. Apparently, this was an international model? No matter, because the charger was USA style, and there was a complete English section of the manual.

Would purchase from this vendor again!

Beware of TechBlink - trust the negative reviews 1/11/2017 4:21:15 PM
I wish I had read the Reviews on this seller before I purchased.

Unfortunately I didn’t realize that I wasn’t buying directly from Newegg when I purchased the Sonos Play 1 speakers on 12/21. These were to be for the holiday and I needed them by 12/22. I paid the $84.35 in shipping charges just to have the speakers shipped overnight.

I was reviewing the order later in the day to ensure the speakers had shipped and it was then that I noticed I actually bought from TechBlink and not Newegg. I was a little concerned when I started reading the sellers reviews, especially the ones regarding poor response to problems. I saw that my item was prepped to ship and a notice was sent to UPS to pick up. I waited till the next morning to see if the speakers actually shipped.

I checked the order the next day 12/22 at 9:10am and saw that the package had not shipped. I contacted TechBlink and explained that I paid the overnight shipping fee to receive the speakers on 12/22. I can see by the UPS site that the package had not shipped and I requested the order be cancelled as the speakers would be of no use to me after 12/22.

TechBlink wrote back saying they checked with UPS and the package DID ship and I would receive it later in the day on 12/22. Because the package was already in transit they were also unable to cancel the order.

I replied I'm glad the shipment was arriving on 12/22 and as long as it did then cancelling the order wasn’t an issue. I said it was strange that the UPS site had different information then what they were seeing and I asked for a screen shot of the information they were looking at. Of course I received no response.

Later in the day at 5:13PM I receive another message from TechBlink telling me “ I just checked the tracking and UPS now shows that the delivery date was updated to 12/23. We are very sorry that this couldn't get to you by 12/22.“

UPS never updated the page with a new delivery date. They always had their facts straight. The shipment was picked up on 12/22 and was scheduled for deliver on 12/23. The truth is TechBlink did not ship the speakers on 12/21 as they represented they had. UPS never said the package was in transit prior to 4:38PM on 12/22 as TechBlink also represented.

In short TechBlink lied. They could have cancelled my order because the package did not ship on 12/21 or even on 12/22 when I contacted them at 9:15AM. They shipped it late and tried to cover it up by telling me they checked with UPS and confirmed I would be receiving it on 12/22. All lies.

I was very unhappy at this point. All I wanted was a refund of the shipping charges. I paid $84.35 for the overnight shipping however I actually received 2 day shipping which cost $58.60. The difference in price was $25.75 and so I requested a refund in that amount.

TechBlink said they would “look into it” and then later replied that “the boss said no”. When I asked for the reasoning behind denying my refund I got no response. I sent an additional email requesting a reason for the lack of a refund and still received no response.

I would be extremely cautious buying from TechBlink. After my experience I can see I got away fairly unscathed and only lost some money. I absolutely believe the other negative comments I've read. I did not have a good feeling from TechBlink.

I think they got their name from selling Tech, but once you pay they are gone in a Blink.
Seems appropriate.

I'm forced to give at least 1 Egg as a rating though they don't deserve it.

I ordered a tablet from this seller. Six days later, on the day I was charged and got my tracking number, the package was shown as having been delivered to the "front door/porch." I received nothing. I spent days contacting USPS and the TechBlink via NewEgg, and got nothing back. Eventually, after 8 days of no contact, I called TechBlink myself, and the customer service person asked if he could call me back. I asked him not to, since I had been getting the runaround for days from USPS and NewEgg. He said he'd call me back "in ten minutes." five hours later I called him back and was told he'd given me a refund. I never asked for a refund, nor did I want one. He said I could reorder the tablet with the refund, until I pointed out that they were out of stock. They did not offer me any sort of replacement or other option. I needed this tablet for work, and now I have a problem. I recognize that the seller did not make the delivery mistake, but that doesn't excuse the fact that if they had shipped it in a more secure way (I would not have minded the cost, but there was not offer) or been faster about getting back to me in some way, I could have made other arrangements. I will never buy from this seller again.

In the end, I gave them an 8 day loan of over 500$, while I carried the balance on the credit card, and I spent hours with USPS, NewEgg, and the TechBlink (aggregate) trying to sort this out. That was the sum total of my transaction.

WATCH OUT!!!
Be careful with this seller. While the products sold are legit and the price is comparable, they can be misleading. Recently there was a flash sale on the gopro hero 4, from $489 to $189 (60% off).

However, as good as this seems, it is a farce. What you get was the gopro hero 4 SESSION, which was never $489, and currently $199 everywhere else. While it is listed as the session, the huge price differential may lead people to believe they are getting the gopro hero 4 black. The only good thing is that is was actually $10 cheaper, but was not the sale it claims to be.

Would not recommend.
Seller did not offer anydeail on shipping. I did not receive my package for more than a month and even after multiple emails to seller, there was no response. I had to go through my credit card company for a claim. do not buy from this seller!

Bought a Samsung watch, was to have a one year warranty. Have a problem and Samsung says that they won't honor it. Because TechBlink is not authorized to sell their products. TechBlink says tough luck, talk to Samsung again.

Item was as described, and nicely priced but that was the only good things about this transaction. We put in the order 12/18 for Christmas, but they hadn't even shipped it or charged the card by Christmas which means it was not here in time for the holiday. When we emailed about it, they said that the order was "paused for some reason" and they would send it out right away. They said they would credit me 10 dollars for the trouble, (they should have also used faster shipping since it took over a week to get to me! and this was THEIR Mistake) But the credit never came. I finally emailed them about it and they finally credited my card. Too much trouble for saving a few dollars. I will not do business with them again.
