- Returns Policy
We want you to be satisfied with every item you purchase from us. If a product purchased from Brookstone does not meet your expectations you may return it with receipt within 30 days of purchase for a refund or within 60 days for a merchandise credit. We will not accept any returns without a receipt. Returned products must be in new condition, be in original packaging and include all original parts. After 60 days, please refer to original manufacturer's warranty for service issues.<br><br>
Brookstone/OSIM-branded products are backed by a one-year limited warranty. Return of some larger items may be subject to a restocking fee, except where prohibited by law. For reasons of consumer protection and health codes, certain personal care products, bedding, earphones and some other products may not be returned. Some exceptions may apply. Any product that has been misused or that shows signs of extensive use may not be returned or exchanged. Brookstone reserves the right to modify its return and exchange policy.<br><br>

Products may be returned to our Returns Processing Center by calling <b>1.800.846.3000</b> for a Return Authorization and shipping instructions. Our hours are 7:00 AM to 11:00 PM (Central) Monday to Saturday, Sunday 9:30 AM to 7:00 PM. Within 30 days, products may also be returned to any Brookstone® store. A product may not be returned to retail stores if the item is oversized or weighs more than 50 pounds and is not stocked in Brookstone stores. Shipping and processing charges will not be refunded. <br><br>
1. Log onto your Newegg.com account and find your order in order history, click on 'Request RMA from Seller' Button next to the order information.
2. On 'Compose Message Page', verify the order number you want to request return on the top of the page, choose 'RMA Inquiry' from the drop down menu, provide the item# (you can find on your order invoice e-mail) and the reason you want to return, and indicate you want to return for replacement or refund before click 'send message' button.
3. Once our Customer Service Representatives receive your inquiry, it will take us 24 - 48 hours to respond to your inquiry.
4. Once our Customer Service has verified your order information and approved for you to send the merchandise back to us, you will be provided with Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number for your return through e-mail. The e-mail contains RMA number, RMA details and important return shipping instruction. Read the instruction carefully before you ship your return merchandise back to us.
5. We strongly recommend you return your item in the same or similar packaging as they were delivered to you with all the original parts, accessories and menu/documentation included (any missing parts or accessories may result your return being rejected or your refund/replacement being delayed). Re-using the package your item came in is acceptable, as long as the packaging is in good condition and all previous addresses, tracking information and labels are removed.
