The customer service from this seller was superb!

The product I order had a flaw in it. I contacted the seller and almost within the same day I had a response. They walked me through possible fixes to the issue. In the end we were not able to fix the problem. As soon as we came to this conclusion the seller made arrangements to have a new product shipped to me and return postage for the broken item all paid. The seller went to the extent to even check the stock and personally inspect the item before sending it out to me to make sure that it was working. The product arrived with in just a few days. So fast. I had a few issues setting it up but once again there was customer service giving me any help that I needed. To me it shows that this seller cares about its customers by their willingness to work with me and fix the issue I had. I could use up all the 5000 characters in this review but that would get repetitive.

In the end superb customer service before, during and end also fast shipping a great follow up.

After ordering, "oops, out of stock" 7/17/2017 12:25:05 PM
Took them almost 2 days to contact me and say that the item (which said "in stock") was not in stock. Then it took over a week to get my money back to order it somewhere else. PURE SUCKAGE!

Ordered this back in June. For a refurbished item to be listed as Class-A, the following items are required to be included: I/O shield, all accessories, and manual. This is the list of what's included with the Class-A motherboard I ordered, from the listing page on Newegg:

This is the list of items I received:
1 x ASUS P9X79-E WS Motherboard, damaged, water-stained, no serial number tags.

Contacted the seller, no response. Getting lied to seems to be typical of third-party marketplace sellers, but even I was surprised at this level of dishonesty. Don't waste your time or money with this seller, or you will be ripped off.

I apologize that the package you received was not what the listing described. I've looked into your order# and your name however I was not able to find any messages from you. There were also no voice messages left in our voice mail.

These refurbished motherboards came directly from ASUS manufacturer. We've sold a large quantity of this Class-A motherboard and they all include their accessories and documents. There is a chance that our warehouse may have sent you a Class-B motherboard which I do sincerely apologize of our mistake. However if you had actually reached out to us via customer message or even call us we would have been able to help you with the product, send you a replacement and be able to offer you our great customer service.

I had issues with 2 parts which was a bummer but All Smart Tech worked quickly and diligently to help resolve the problem and get me a working board. Would recommend and will buy again!

Where is my part 6/9/2017 5:12:30 PM
I ordered the part a while ago, when it initially showed up it was damaged. I sent it back and now I'm still waiting for it two weeks from when I ordered it.
