Wouldnt recommend.
Didnt send game codes and took a week because of a weekend to get back to me.

Rating + 5 Thought I had an issue

So, the laptop I got from them is great. The price was right. It came with a game pad. The game pad, I thought was DOA, because I had never used one with a computer before, and was following a couple of videos for this specific game pad. I couldn't get it to work, though it was connecting. Called Asus, they shipped me to 4 departments, none of whom claimed this game pad as part of their department. They said it sounded like DOA, and to contact Newegg. Newegg contacted the seller and asked for an RMA. While waiting for a reply, got to trying other things and got it working. Mobile advance did respond, the next day and offered an RMA for the gamepad separately, as it was a bundled package. I didn't need it, and replied as such.

Rating + 1 Buyer Beware!

First, I thought I was buying my expensive new computer from NewEgg: Apparently not. Second, the unit arrived with a physical defect (speakers not working) and Mobile Advance refused to pay for return shipping. Why should I have to pay to return a defective unit? BTW: I did update all of the drivers and I did all the Windows updates, but it didn't make a difference. The right speaker and the bass speaker don't work.
Also - when I opened the box I didn't see the usual "new" computer items in it, and the power supply and cord were not in plastic. When I tried to register, I was told the unit was already registered to someone else!
NewEgg was not able to help with this although they strung me along for a couple of weeks promising that they would. A premium laptop at this price should not be defective!
Seller Response:Please understand that we are merely a reseller of manufactured product. We cannot foresee defect while the product is still sealed in its brand new packaging.
We understand that defect does sometimes occur. Therefore we have 30 day return period in place to protect buyers from potential defect that may or may not be apparent when the product was unboxed.
Newegg system has buyer pay for return shipping for all return services. Thank you.

I would highly recommend this seller. Buy with confidence.
The gaming bundle I bought was 100 dollars cheaper a week later, and were missing the digital codes initially. I emailed the seller about price matching the new sale and inquired about my digital codes and the seller promptly replied (~1 day, and it was over the weekend) with the digital codes and an invoice of the 100 dollar refund. In addition, they retroactively gave me Watch Dogs 2, which wasn't in the original bundle when I bought it. Needless to say, 100 dollars off and an additional free game made me very happy. Shipping was on time, product was exactly as it was described, customer service, dare I say, was at least on par with Newegg. Excellent product, excellent service, excellent seller, happy customer.

Rating + 3 Forgot the bundle

Only initially sent the computer of the gaming 'bundle'. Went through customer service and they asked the seller to contact me and never did. I ended up getting my things but only because NewEgg customer service is great.
Seller Response:Bundle items may be shipped separately from the laptop since items are stored at different locations. Certain part of order might arrive earlier than others due to various travel time for the delivery.

Our product had a screen defect so we sent it back. We requested a replacement, but they were only able to give us a refund.
Seller Response:Replacement is done when the inventory is permissible. Due to the popularity of our product, there might be a chance that the same product is no longer available. In such case, refund will be issued for the customer's purchase.
Please note if the reported defect cannot be replicated during inspection, replacement will not be done but refund with restocking fee will be provided instead.

Rating + 1 Horrible Company

Ordered a gaming bundle, that was through this company. I wish I would have read some reviews before I placed the order.

Company sent me the backpack, key chain via FedEx that I had to sign for. Never sent my laptop, when I called and explained the situation they tried to tell me it was delivered on a different shipment from UPS.

Not sure why they would make me sign for a backpack, that is worthless and then send my laptop ground with UPS. Needless to say I never received my laptop, and had to get Newegg to process me a full refund. I will never do business with this company again, ever.

Avoid purchasing any products from the following company, they will not assist you in anyway if you have any issues.

    Refund Policy
    Returns for refund only accept within 30 calendar days post sales. Upon receipt and acceptance of your return, Mobile Advance will refund your purchase price, minus shipping/handling, applicable restocking fees and/or any other charges. Buyers will have to pay the freight charge to ship back the return. Buyers agree to pay 15 percent restocking fee off the price of the products for any open box/used products in new condition, which there's no scratches, marks or blemishes. Full refund would be issued to un-open and brand new packages.

    Defect Return / Replacement Policy
    Customer may return any new computer purchased from Newegg that is "dead on arrival," arrives in damaged condition, or is still in unopened boxes, for a full refund within 30 calendar days post sales. We reserves the right to test "dead on arrival" returns and impose a customer fee equal to 15 percent of the product sales price if the customer misrepresents the condition of the product. Any returned computer that is damaged through customer misuse, is missing parts, or is in unsellable condition due to customer tampering will result in the customer being charged a higher restocking fee (15 percent) based on the condition of the product. Mobile Advance will not accept returns of any desktop or notebook computer more than 30 calendar days post sales. Upon receipt and acceptance of return, Mobile Advance will refund customer purchase price, minus shipping/handling, applicable restocking fees and/or any other charges.

Return Instruction
    1. Log onto your account and find your order in order history, click on 'Request RMA from Seller' Button next to the order information.
    2. On 'Compose Message Page', verify the order number you want to request return on the top of the page, choose 'RMA Inquiry' from the drop down menu, provide the item# (you can find on your order invoice e-mail) and the reason you want to return, and indicate you want to return for replacement or refund before click 'send message' button.
    3. Once our Customer Service Representatives receive your inquiry, it will take us 24 - 48 hours to respond to your inquiry.
    4. Once our Customer Service has verified your order information and approved for you to send the merchandise back to us, you will be provided with Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number for your return through e-mail. The e-mail contains RMA number, RMA details and important return shipping instruction. Read the instruction carefully before you ship your return merchandise back to us.
