Placed order on Monday morning and paid for 2-day shipping. Item was not shipped until Wednesday so i didn't get my order until Friday afternoon.

the disk with the product had 8 programs, non which worked and 2 had virues.

Poor Customer service & very slow to respond 12/3/2014 9:27:48 AM
The product i purchased was dead on arrival. Seller requires you to pay return shipping. Seller responses are slow and usually arrive in the middle of the night with up to a week in between responses.

Buyer beware, do not order from them 11/3/2014 6:39:41 AM
Read the company's review on Google search. There all true and you will end up paying for it. I think they ship broken products to see what they get away with.

I purchased a product from this company and the item came damaged. I contacted them back and they wanted me to pay for the damaged product to get sent back and then they would ship another one. I told them it was unacceptable for me to pay the shipping back. After waiting for the response for a few days they came back with a smart "A" response by saying we can't ship you another one, so were fully going to refund your money, but you need to pay the shipping back for the product and then well refund you.

After everything was done with; it took 2.5 weeks for this process, -$6.99 for shipping it back and NO product. So I ended up with nothing and -6.99 for shipping the broken piece back to them.

This company has horrible customer service and I would recommend that NO one buys from them.

I get many packages a day. I need invoice to see where item comes from and how much I paid, ect. I order from several different venders, if no invoice it might take 15 to 20 minutes to figure out. With 100 packages a day it gets confusing . I also have sold at 'other places' and always put an invoice, how hard is that? Folks need to take more pride in what they do. Always put an invoice . Take this neutral feedback as a lesson to always ad an invoice.

Worst online shopping ever! 4/6/2014 7:14:52 AM
I regret there is not negative egg. I ordered 5 IDE to SATA adaptor boards and received 5 IPhone repair kits. I sent an email telling "Mystore..." that the order was shipped incorrectly. No response. Another email and they want me to send another email to another address showing the shipment and shipment label in a photo. Done, then they want me to send the IPhone repair kits back at my expense and that they only have 4 of the 5 adaptors that I paid for. Another email stating I will not send anything back until I receive my units as ordered and paid for. After two more emails and over two weeks, I received 4 of the 5 units I ordered. No return envelope included to send the IPhone repair kits back. I will not send them back until I receive my complete order with a paid shipping envelope included to send the IPhone repair kits back.
To top it all off, only 3 of the 4 adaptors worked.
Paid for 5, got 4 and 3 worked and they want me to send their error back to them on my expense. No way!
