Rating + 1 Not careful when shipping

I ordered a Fresh Air filter for my LG frig. The part I ordered was not in manufacture packaging and was just thrown in a mailing box with paper stuffed in box for fill. Not sure why not in the manufactures packaging. The product should have tape on all 4 sides to keep charcoal filter in place, but only 2 flimsy pieces of tape that were not secured - I had to tape myself to ensure would stay in place. For the amount of money I "saved" I could have bought at local retailer for a less than $3 more. Will not buy from here again as I am not even sure this if this is a used product, although advertised as new. No receipt of transaction.

Rating + 4 more than expected

I had significant concerns based on the two reviews that I had seen on Newegg, but decided to try them anyway. i contacted NTSuppy to ask compatibility with another old brand of humidifier. The did not have information on this, so I asked for specific dimensions on the drum interface. They provided this info and I ordered the part. I had missed one critical dimension and had to build an adapter to make it fit this old humidifier. After that ti worked well.

there was one thing different from what was shown on the product page. The motor displayed was a 3.5W unit and what I received was a 4W unit. I believe the speed was slightly different also.

All in all, happy with the purchase.

Rating + 1 False advertising

This vendor advertised Fantech timers and then sent me Leviton. I could have ordered a Leviton directly for 30% less money. Even though they are basically the same timer this vendor falsely advertised a Fantech timer and sent me a Leviton. Fantechs are more expensive because they are a brand name and that is what I wanted but i did not get it.

Rating + 3 Good Product but Price Changed

Used to be 55.90 for 2 which was a good deal. Now at 64.59 its on par with all the rest. Will be ordering from a different vendor like Filters now in the future.

Just hope that you don't have a problem. I cancelled my order before it was shipped. It was shipped anyway. Now they want me to pay shipping both ways.

Rating + 1 not very happy

My project took a few weeks to get going. When I opened up the second of the two I had ordered, I found that on of the flap tabs was totally missing. Not even in the package, so I know it was not broken in shipment. When I went on line to reorder, I found another site that had it for 1/5 the price.
Not a happy camper.

Return Instruction
