Ordered pens from this seller and they were listed as new. When I received them, the pens were not new in boxes but just thrown into plastic bags. I tried contacting the seller to return the items and have HEARD NOTHING more than 4 weeks later. I also contacted Newegg for a return and have HEARD NOTHING.

PURCHASE FROM NEWEGG AT YOUR OWN RISK! They claim to have a great return policy but I have made phone calls, filed claims, sent emails, and I have received NO RESPONSE. I don't like leaving negative reviews but this is my last resort. Hopefully someone gets back to me before the apocalypse...

Rating + 2 My order sat in the warehouse for 5 days before being shipped.

My order of maintenance tanks sat in your shipping department from 10/31/2016 until 11/04/2016 before being shipped.
That is 5 days, and is far too slow for shipping products to customers in a timely fashion.

Rating + 1 Fraudulent add

I purchased a dozen pens, the seller sent one. They offered one pen for free completely wasting all the time I spent looking for a decent deal. I don't know why Newegg destroys its brand this way; the only reason I was reasonably confident I would get what I ordered was the Newegg name. Newegg AUTOMATICLY tried to insist I contact the seller directly, when the trade is made completely on a the newegg site. I have to learn to stop dealing with irresponsible losers and double losers.

i ordered 96 battery pk of AA and AAA and both came in as an 8 Pk each. and from the rest of the reviews i see they are a piece of trash this company is for false advertising what there selling. newegg should drop them. 9/22/16 and yet they still advertising them for the same and wont come through with it

If I can give (-5) negative 5 to seller is not enough. I ordered an item and received different item after waiting 10 days, then I called customer service and waiting time 42 minutes, then they said that they will email 3rd party, then I have to ship my wrong item back, then they will ship me my correct item. When I asked him that means may I have to wait a month to receive my item! he said that he's sorry for that.
