No. Office 2019 trial is installed. And yes, there is a photo edit program installed. It is called PhotoDirector.

Q: Is the product exactly as the images show here in newegg? Im asking because Acer's webpage shows thinner bezels

Not sure if it helps, there is a little under a 1/2 inch of plastic on the left and right of the screen, about a 1/2 inch of plastic on the top and bottom of the screen, and the screen is a little over a 1/4 inch thick.

The Intel specification sheet (from the Intel website) indicates the 4 GHz option is available on the 8550U chip via "Turbo Boost Technology".   When I run everything I can throw at the processor (I am not a gamer however), the CPU is working at about 1.7 GHz max, with memory utilization at ~85%, and <25% on-board video utilization.    Sorry I'm not more of a geek to investigation your question more thoroughly.   The noted system, however seems to be capable of handling video editing + SDR + internet video + KiwiSDR (simultaneously) with ease.
