It does not. It has a mini display port similar to most two in ones. The tablet docking station and usb dock accessories have a good amount of additional ports if needed.

The pictures shows a Smart Card reader. Is it included in this model? Looking for one to read id cards for dot.GOV sites.

Which picture are you referring to? I only see a picture indicating touchscreen ability, and one picture that incorrectly advertises a fingerprint reader (not included on this model). It has SECURE DIGITAL card reader as well? But those are memory cards...

Need to know if this item has the 2nd 20WH battery in the keyboard dock?

NO it doesn't. Had to buy it separately before you can't get them because the laptop is discontinued.

There is no battery in the keyboard portion on the GVY32. I had to purchase it separately.

Where exactly is  the battery?   Inside the tablet or screen?  Is it detachable or replaceable?

JP M0nroe's answer is not entirely accurate. There are actually two batteries, even though the computer thinks there is only 1 total. One battery is in the screen portion, the other is in the detachable keyboard. When detached, the battery life is significantly reduced, but still reasonable. Either can be replaced with the right tools and enough time.

based upon a link I found from Dell, I'd say it's a refurb.  Newegg is usually more clear about that...   I would include the link but newegg doesn't allow that.  If you goggle "DELL Latitude 13-7350 (GVY32)", you should see a link to a PDF on Dell's site that gives the details including that it comes with Win 8.1.  Add to that the inability to find it as a model on Dell's website and I'm pretty sure it's a refurb.

No, the memory not under the keyboard side. It is under the tablet. Like you are unable to upgrade an ipad.
