Good Case bad Rebate and Bad Timing

Pros: Nice little Case
great starter one lots of room for airflow
Sleek Design seems built very well.
kid loves it was a xmas gift that we built together.
had a good rebate $25.00 Prepaid Newegg Gift Card when purchased

Cons: Loved the case was building a computer for my son for Christmas so everything was still in the box so that me and him can put it together as a father and son bond but next time i will have to just do that myself and not miss out on the rebates that go with them and it was through newegg so i thought for sure i would get it unlike troubled passed with other rebates from other companys.

The rebate is what was a main deal for me on this purchase as then i could give that $25.00 giftcard to him for ordering something else for his computer well i misread the date i thought i had tell the end of december to send it off guess it was the 25th which um was christmas but i got it out but looks like it got postmarked the 27th which i was like still in by the 31st like the rebate thing said before which i guess i misread, purchasing but really 2 days wow specially during a busy time of the year and a major holiday. Major bummer on not getting it but wont detour me from ordering again from newegg love this site. been using it for over 8 years thanks so much.

Excellent Case

Pros: - Plenty of room
- Can fit larger water cooling solutions
- Plenty of internal drive bays

Cons: - Cheap fans

Other Thoughts: Anyone giving this case a poor rating based on its size should be slapped. The dimensions are clearly listed in the item description. Don't knock the product for your inability to research before you purchase. I personally love the size. You will have zero issues installing any video card and it will hold literally any ATX PSU you might need for an ITX build. It's well built, looks very nice, and cools well. As I mentioned, the included fans are rather "meh" and I had to replace them due to clicking after a short time but most folks get third party fans anyway. I've also purchased the NZXT Sentry Mesh Fan Controller w/ Five 30 watts Channels which looks like it came factory with the case. It's a perfect match.

In summary, YES it's big for ITX but read the item description before you get all whiny about the size. Yes it's a nice case overall and well worth the average asking price.

Great quality!

Pros: Great quality for the price
Lot's of room for cable managment
No sharp edges
GPU Window

Cons: Layout
Mini ITX is really small for the amount of space
Loud fans

Other Thoughts: I picked this case up with a rebate for around 10$. I haven't used it for a build yet but I have used the stock Rosewill fans in another build and they are loud. The layout of where you put the MOBO leaves you a lot of extra space for...nothing!

Cons: weird fan locations
bad cable management
the prebuilt fans are loud

Other Thoughts: I still love it

best for a tight budget

Pros: stupidly cheap
nothing broken
good airflow

Cons: gigantic for an ITX case
No compartments for cables
Cheap, bumpy paint

Other Thoughts: If you spent all your money on other parts, then this case works in a pinch. Sometimes you can find it absurdly cheap too.

Interesting Case - Only buy when on sale

Pros: Dirt cheap with the rebate. If I recall, it was $15 after the MIR? You can't even buy 3 140mm fans for that, but this case includes them. Pretty decent looking case, the window is nice and the fans aren't overly bright. Plenty of room to hide cables underneath the motherboard tray and overall very easy to build in.

Cons: The power button connectors on mine we ripped from the power button upon arrival. Luckily I have a soldering station so it was a quick fix, but not something that should need to be done.

Cable management is terrible. You can hide everything under the motherboard tray but there aren't any tie downs so your harddrives won't get any airflow. Not a huge deal since most drives don't run hot, but still an oversight. Additionally, only 2 of the rubber cable grommets are functional. The other 2 are blocked by the harddrive cage and can't be used at all. No idea how that made it through to the final design.

The fans are pretty loud. Not the worst I've heard, but certainly audible. I would replace them but the cost of replacements would be double what I paid for the entire case.

I would note the size as a con but the dimensions are clearly stated, so I can't really fault them.

Other Thoughts: Overall, I'm surprised the case was even functioning for $15. I'd probably buy it again even knowing the faults at this price point for another extreme budget build. It's actually well suited for a high performance mini itx build with how good the airflow is over the motherboard and GPU.

Rosewill Neutron

Pros: Non. I have put one egg, because I have check one. But it should be -10 eggs.

Cons: Too big, humongous, Huuuuuge for mini Itx board. If I know the size I would not buy it. Will use as scrap & parts. Absolute JUNK.

Other Thoughts: Don't buy it.

A Strange "Little" ITX case

Pros: Good build quality (better than expected), rolled edges inside, thin but rigid steel (much like corsair cases), love the magnetic front panel. The little labels on the screw bags are a nice touch for beginners. Lots of air flow and extra spaces for more fans. Having the MB lay flat is pretty nice for building and for heavy video cards.

Cons: Weird that the front intake fans are oriented to the right more than the left. The left side on an ITX build has your video card and in this case, your HDs. The front bottom fan does a great job of keeping the PSU's cables cool, but is that what I really need?
Cable management is really poor. The grommets are present but not of much use. There aren't any tie downs or even loops in the floor or MB shelf.
The HD cage needs to be removed (the whole unit) to insert a new drive or remove one? Maybe I am missing something?
The PSU needs the plate to be removed (5 screws), then install the PSU (4 screws), then replace the 5 screws to attach the plate to the case.
Really LARGE for it's purpose. A great deal of wasted space.
Obviously a bit loud unless your regulate the fans with a third party controller or use MB controls.

Other Thoughts: Usually as a consumer, we see well designed products that have been poorly executed. This is kinda the reverse, really nice build quality for a sub $40 case but let down by poor design choices. As designers, I wish they would have looked to something like the Corsair Obsidian Series 250D and "improved" upon that. The 250D is a rockin little case that is super easy to build in (for an ITX).
