Great ITX mini case.

Pros: Excellent price for this quality. I purchased the case with the included 450w power supply.
Looks great!
Space for full size graphics card + 2 fans. This requires removing the graphics card angle support, which might be a problem with large/heavy cards.

Cons: Limited cooling options for motherboard side of case; no fan mount. Only fan is in PSU. In vertical position, MB side is at the top.
Solution: purchase a Processor cooler that is snug enough to case side holes to pull in outside air. E.G: Scythe SCBSK-2100. (I ended up not needing that, but a higher power processor would.)

Other Thoughts: My setup: Asus z170i/6700/GTX1070mini. I used stock CPU cooler and 1x 120mm fan on graphics card side. No graphics card heat issues. The motherboard side of the case gets quite warm, but did not cause overheating with my 65w processor. In the vertical position the graphics card must be on the bottom, causing all that heat to end up on the motherboard side; this is required due to the PSU exhausting out the side of the case instead of the back. A blower style card would likely prevent most of that problem.

Large footprint

Pros: Nothing special

Cons: I don’t know why some people are calling this a small case – it’s footprint is huge for a mini-itx case at 14.75” [w] x 13” [d]. By contrast the Silverstone ML09 is only 13.75” [w] by 8” [d].

Be aware that if you are planning to build with an AMD 5 2400G with no graphics card, and an m.2 stick for storage, that 50% of this case is just wasted open space. It is a misnomer to call this a small case. It is skinny but not small.

As another reviewer said, there is virtually no ventilation on the side where the MOBO goes.

No USB 3.1 Gen 2 on the front panel - when will case manufacturers catch up?

No reset switch.

The "off" light is a strong white light, much brighter than any other case I have seen.

It is too bad that it is so difficult to find small cases in stock like the InWin Chopin, or even the Silverstone ML09, for those who want to do a small build.

Other Thoughts: I could only recommend this case to someone doing a build where they want a shallow case and will be using a graphics card, and do not care about the footprint size.

2001 Space Odyssey

Pros: This is one of the nicest looking, well-designed computer cases I've seen. For the price you can't go wrong. It's compact and minimal, the front face is clean (no optical slots etc), it's adequately ventilated and it looks like a towering black monolith in the upright position. This is my #2 favorite case ever behind the PC-Q25, another elegant gem of a case with minimalistic design. This one is a home run.

Cons: Doesn't seem to advance intelligence in sentient lifeforms such as apes.

Has it’s quirks; Not bad if you need a thin mid-range gaming PC

Pros: Thin

Cons: Cable management, heat dissipation, metal over plastic, heavy for its size. SFX style PSU required making adequate power for a high end gaming pc troublesome.

Other Thoughts: Don’t get me wrong. It’s a “good” case. I wouldn’t buy again as the external looks just arent that great. Plastic everywhere in a $80 case I expected more external style even if minimalist It gets the job done. Be sure to use blower style video cards or you’ll cook your GPU.

Great Mini ITX case, but with serious ventilation flaws.

Pros: Tiny (about the size of an Xbox One)
Easy to install components
Looks awesome with the rest of your gear (I use mine as a gaming/media HTPC)

Cons: Exhaust Ventilation.

Other Thoughts: The case may look great, but it lacks any exhaust fan mounts in the motherboard compartment and instead relies on passive venting, which makes my computer run hot (up to 70C on an AMD A10 with no additional GPU). The small opening between the two compartments does not suffice as cables coming off of the hard drive bay get in the way of airflow from the GPU compartment. I've had to hot-glue 2 40mm fans to the side vent to try and dissipate heat, with little effect. I'm seriously worried what might happen if I add in a GPU card. Seriously, don't buy this case unless you like your PC running hot all the time.

Solid No Compromise mITX Gaming Case

Pros: -Sturdy construction and slim design. I was able to fit it almost behind my gaming monitor so just the front panel stuck out slightly to expose the external ports
-I like the clean simple design of Fractal Design. Aesthetically I feel like this case could fit on a gamer's desk or under a TV and fit right in. Only the most premium AV setup might keep this look out.
-Like in the title, It allows for full sized GPUs and a good amount of airflow to cool the components. I ran a 980 TI reference card in this case without issue. It could have accommodated a much beefier and longer GPU if I wanted (Though likely not the tri-fan cards).
-The z-height of the MB to case gives enough room to fit slightly taller coolers if you want. I ran a Wraith Stealth with a Ryzen 5 1600 and had no issues whatsoever, though I was not planning to overclock.
- GPU stabilization bar included to keep heavy GPUs from breaking the PCIe socket. Nice touch.

Cons: -The bottom plate is tough to remove/replace when building and can unseat the dust filters if you are not careful. Could be a little bit more graceful assembly here.
-The internal cabling from the PSU to the SSD housing and GPUs is very tight and awkward when it doesn't need to be. Much of the inside of this case goes as un-used space. I have to believe there might be a better internal layout that would make the cabling put less stress on the storage drives. Just to make it easier I swapped out for rounded SATA cables so I could route them without putting pressure on the SATA connector on the drive.
-There are dust filters over the PSU and CPU vents (Awsome!), but nothing over the GPU chamber. Not a big issue I guess but maintenance should be observed, especially if this case is going around lots of dust magnet A/V equipment in the living room. Be warned.

Other Thoughts: - After using a blower style video card, I highly recommend using a down-draft style GPU instead for this case. There are plenty of vents to intake fresh air, and you will find the build to be much quieter. Because there is basically nothing between you and the GPU except an open grill, any GPU that ramps up will feel louder in this case. A two fan GPU would likely be much much quieter when under load for gaming.
- Given my issues with the SSD housing and general wierd space layout, I would try to use an M.2 SSD if you have one. They will attached directly to the MB and you won't have to deal with any cables.
- Lastly, I noticed that under load, the heat generating components would very easily transmit that heat to the metallic frame. It wasn't scalding, but know that the case will get pretty warm when gaming.

Great design, manufacturing not so hot.

Pros: Perfect size for HTPC, separate space for large graphics card, great look.

Cons: Had to knock it down a couple of stars for manufacturing - not many screws need to come out for assembly but the ones that did were mostly cross-threaded due to mating holes not being properly aligned during assembly. Took some time to get out the one holding PSU bracket.

Very Nice - Do Your Research!

Pros: - Beautiful Case
- Rewarding Build

Cons: - Prepare yourself for the thermal challenge

Other Thoughts: I decided to leave a review simply because my results have been a little different than others, primarily my results with using chassis fans for GPU cooling.

1) Ryzen 7 1700 build, I mounted the C7 Fan to the Spire heatsink. I have not seen my CPU temp over 64C under load, which is amazing in my opinion. Certainly room for overclocking if needed.

2) GPU COOLING! I'm using an EVGA 1070ti Blower Style GPU with 2x120mm mounted chassis fans for intake. What I noticed is that the intake fans don't add any value under load (maybe a 1-2C difference), but they do keep idle temps around 32C (38C without the fans)... of course you don't really need the added cooling at idle. Even with my blower style GPU I struggle to stay under 80C at load, which is fine, just don't expect some of the results from others here who have posted 6-8C temp reductions with chassis fans.

3) GPU Mount Support. As others mentioned you will have to remove the support bracket to install your chassis fans. My card actually mounts very nicely in this case and didn't sag at all. I did test with another card (r9 380x) which was not so lucky so be prepared to create your own custom support structure. I should also mention the 380x did not have blower style cooling and was always in the danger zone under load (and had incredible fan noise).

4) Fan filters. Just do yourself a favor and stick them on the outside of the case. Easier cleaning and no wrestling with fan collision.

5) Fan Control - Because your GPU is in another chamber you might want to consider picking up a temp sensor for your motherboards T_Sensor header. This way you can measure the temps in the GPU chamber and have regulated fan speeds. Since the chassis fans didn't have much of an impact for me I just decided to set a constant low noise speed.
