why is the asus pro gaming more expensive than the Asus plus gaming ? Software ?

The pro has support for SLI and Crossfire who the plus can only support Crossfire. Besides some differences in the IO the pro has slightly better vrm cooling due to the second heatsink and has more sara ports than the plus. The plus is a aura sync board; so, if you want RGB on your actual motherboard then the plus is the only Z370 TUF board that supports it. You can still use aura on non-aura sync motherboards you just won't be able to control any mother board leds.

can I use DDR3 memory on this board? Also can I use EVGA Geforce GT730 video card?

Nope on the DDR3. You have to have DDR4. Yup on the GT 730. That's a PCIx 16, this board has 2 of those.

Can the M.2 port be configured to RAID 0 or 1? Not with SATA, only the two M.2 drives. Thanks!

According to the manual, when referring to the M.2 slots "These sockets support IRST Intel Rapid Storage Technology" Then the section on RAID configurations states "The motherboard supports Intel Rapid Storage Technology with RAID 0, RAID 1, RAID 5, and RAID 10 solution." That leads me to believe that they can be configured to RAID., but maybe you should ask ASUS directly to be sure.
