Pros: Works great for the price, I got it Open Box had everything with it *Not open* Holds 4 gigs of ram and my E4400 + my 9600 GT.
Cons: After about 6 months the audio just quit. Kinda annoying I went and baut 2 extra headsets to see if it was just my headset. Have to use USB now. Not a big deal except I paid for it.
Other Thoughts: When a Motherboard goes bad Your kinda out of luck. Mostly because I ordered it when my other mobo Kicked the bucket. *Heavy Objects + Fragile computer parts = BAD*
Pros: Board works well after the fix listed in Cons. Boots fast. No problems at all at this point. Note: I am not using this build for gaming/overclocking. Four stars because of inclusion of SATA cables that went bad.
Cons: After about 9 months, began having trouble at boot up. Would get stuck at hardware monitor or other spots. HD and/or CD Drives would not show up. Did various things to resolve. Thought board was bad. LSS...swapped out SATA cables (both HD and CD/DVD are SATA) and voila no more problems! So if you are having issues like this, try replacing the SATA cables. Now been running six months no problems.
Other Thoughts:
Core 2 Duo E7200
ECS N9600GT
Pros: easy overclocking, but no control over voltage, looks good on paper and looks great.
Cons: LASTED 1 YEAR + 3 WEEKS BEFORE IT DIED. would not accept ram at 1066, so i had to set it at 800mhz. i rarely used this pc, maybe 2-3 times per week, so this board should have lasted longer. BAD PLACEMENT OF NORTHBRIDGE and RESET CMOS is in a really bad area. I have to remove video card to get at it. THE BOARD WILL NOT POWER UP AT ALL. COMPLETELY DEAD. I CHECKED POWER SUPPLY, CABLES, AND WIRES.
Other Thoughts: now i have to buy a new motherboard and probably a new operating system. THIS HAS CAUSED ME TO LOSE $200. I am very unhappy. BIOSTAR, i hope you are reading this. you need to fix your quality control.
Pros: Motherboard was a very good price. I have bought other Biostar products with no problems.
Cons:
Worked great out of the box. After a couple of weeks, my computer froze while playing a game (world in conflict). The sound would get corrupted and the speakers would start making a squelching sound and game would completely freeze. Ctr+Alt+Del didn't do a thing. Only option was a manual power-off. This happenned a couple more times (about 10) until the motherboard finally bit the dust. My final diagnosis on the system was that it had serious problems handling RAM - motherboard's fault.
Also, it would hang-up during Windows boot and restart. It would happen at the point where the screen would display the windows loading progress bar. I would look at the little progress bar scrolling side to side for the telltale little glitch. If it hungup for a second, I would know that the computer would restart right before it displayed the blue XP login screen (select user sceren or whtevr).
Other Thoughts:
I was building a pretty decent gaming rig on a budget. I went over a little and decided to downgrade to budget motherboard to save a couple of $'s. Big mistake.
Replaced it with a GIGABYTE GA-EP45-UD3P LGA 775 Intel P45 ATX Intel Motherboard about 3 months later and couldn't be happier. Runs like a champ now.
Pros: Very good mobo. And excellent customer service. Thought I had a problem with board, they replace it within a week. When new board came found out psu was at fault. Will buy from Biostar again since their customer service is great.
Cons: none mobo work as advertised...very satisfied
Other Thoughts: very excellent customer service
Pros: inexpensive
Cons: limited Bios settings. DIED ON ME almost exactly after being too old to RMA to newegg.
Other Thoughts: I'm just disappointed and hoping I can get some credit or an replacement. BIOSTAR hasn't responded to my RMA request. I hope they have some sort of advanced RMA like other companies offer, but they probably don't.

Comments: So happy with my decision, I bought this for 89 bucks 3 years ago, I run an E8500 oc'd to 3.8ghz and this thing is still running like the day I bought it.
