Pros: Would be nice to have if it was included in the box, got 250GB used drive in stead !!!!

850 EVO 250GB drive in the 860EVO 1TB box !!!!
Obviously previously returned by someone else, but the return has never beech thoroughly checked by the Newegg return department, allowing it to be resold !!!
So now I have a used old drive, and no help from Newegg that basically told me that they don't pack products in Samsung boxes to sell them !!!! REALLY ?!?!?!?!
Obviously they don't check the returns sent to them either, allowing for things like that to happen .
BUT
Hey, clever kid who swapped the drives, you never wiped clean your old drive, leaving your register windows copy on it along with some personal files.....
WOW that was pretty DUMB !!!!
will follow up on that with somebody else, that is considered theft after all ( not by Newegg who would like to remain clean-handed.....)
Other Thoughts: Can't really judge the person helping, since they are bound by rules and regulations, but to know how to go above and beyond to solve a problem is a skill that very few good CS representatives possess, and that CS representative was not one of them.
I have received a wrong, old product in the brand new packaging.
Obviously it has been previously returned to Newegg by someone that has swapped it, keeping the product that was suppose to be in the box at the time when I have purchased it. Its an old 250GB drive in the 1TB box!!! and it still has data ON IT !!!!
I have bough it before Christmas as a gift to my self, however haven't had a chance to come around to replace my main drive ( 500GB SSD also purchased from Newegg long time ago) as I constantly use my DAW, it wasn't until today, that I finally ran out of space on my main drive, disallowing me to have some programs updated.
what was suppose to be a simple swap, turned out to be TOTAL NIGHTMARE !!!!
Not helped with the issue, redirected to Samsung after being told that " Newegg doesn't pack products in Samsung boxes"
Something as simple as cross-referencing the previous returns to Newegg of the very item !!! especially that I have sent pictures of the drive that was in the box and the box with both SN on them
