Bad RMA policy and poor support

Comments: The RMA service is poor. I am from India. I had bought this when I was in US 2 years back. Now the manufacturer wants to ship it all the way to TAIWAN which costs around 100 USD for me from India. On top of that I have to endure all the custom and shipment hassles. Thinking of chucking the whole idea of RMA and planning get some other memory with better support. Customer cannot be expected to live without his system for more than a month when their entire livelihood depends on it! The Manufacturer should atleast make arrangements for the whole process of RMA/Warranty.

Great until it fails

Comments: at first i thought that my blue screens were due to my power supply because my system is underpowered, but after an arbitrary memtest, i found out that 2 out of the 3 sticks went bad.

Now running 12GB of Ram

Comments: It is a little bulky because of the heatfins on these and had to move my existing RAM around because of my cooler master v8 being so close but small price to pay for 12GB in my computer.

Good product, but customer service is lacking.

Comments: The product is probably good, but the amount of time it takes for a return from my location (East Coast) took far too long. In order to use my computer, I had to buy 6GB of Corsair RAM; that worked without a problem.

The second time I sent RAM back, I asked if there was any compensation for the shipping. They said they would, but only compensated me for $5 of the $12.13 shipping receipt I sent them.

I'm sure I'll be happy with the product, but the return process is quite a lengthy pain. Was also upset about the insufficient compensation for shipping.
