Dose this have Reactive Typing? (Can the keys light up when I type? or a ripple affect?)

Yeah, it has reactive and ripple typing effects, you can even make it to light up random colors as you type and much more if you use the advanced settings.

Does this keyboard have a wrist rest ?

Yes it does. It's shown it in several of the product images

Is the wrist rest removable and are the individual keys RGB customizable?

The wrist rest is removable but I wouldn't ever want to use any keyboard without the included wrist rest. Yes, there is individual key RGB customization easily configurable using the ICUE software.

Does this work with Mac computers?

I have mine working on a hackintosh. Though it is not supported out of the box a quick Google search will help you find the necessary package to install on the Mac to get it working.

is it water or spill proof?

I have not spill anything on it but i don't think so but so far i love the keyboard just love it.

Is there a replacement spacebar if you don't like the textured one?

No, just the included textured spacebar is included. No plain spacebar is available separate either sadly.
