Is the mouse and keyboard both wireless and how loud are they when clicking or pressing the keys?

Keyboard and mouse are NOT wireless. Strange that you ask about how loud they are because they are quite loud compared to my older HP keyboard and mouse. But both are easily replaced (if needed) as the computer is really great and affordable.

Is this thing loaded with bloatware?

This is the first computer I’ve bought in about 8 years. Yes, there is a little software I don’t really use, but I would say it is not loaded with it. I am very pleased with it.

How cool does this Acer rig run under load, like say Fallout 4 in 1080? Does it turn into a heater like my current older rig; or is it not stressed as much with the faster CPU & GPU? Here in these Florida summers I'm forced to play old classics like Vampire Bloodlines or Oblivion to keep GPU under 40C unless I want my home AC running non-stop. Thanks.

For me, the CPU and GPU typically idle at about 35 C.  At 2560x1440 resolution under full load in DIRT Rally, Assetto Corsa and SWTOR (with graphics settings all maxed out) the GPU usually sits between 58 C and 62 C.  The CPU hovers around 37 C when these games are running.  I also have a secondary monitor at 1920x1080.  There is no air conditioning in the house, but ambient temperature in the computer room (in the basement, poorly ventilated) very rarely approaches 80 degrees Fahrenheit.

Yes, WiFi is included, but it is not very impressive.  I ended up disabling mine & using a USB adapter instead of the built in one

Windows 10 and the typical "new computer apps" are installed on the SSD, the standard HD is completely empty upon arrival.

Yes, I added a HDD to mine.  The available mount that was built in isn't standard, but I didn't need to add mounting brackets.  HOWEVER, if the HDD is SATA, you will need an IDE to SATA adaptor to power the drive.  The power supply did not include an extra SATA connector
